Abstract

本发明公开了一种矿物填充保鲜膜及其制备方法,生产矿物填充保鲜膜的组分及重量份数比例为:低密度聚乙烯LDPE 75~90份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯树脂EVA10~25份,煅烧硅藻土2~10份,煅烧高岭土2~10份,偶联剂占煅烧硅藻土和煅烧高岭土质量和的0.5%~1.5%,分散剂0.5~1份。采用本发明的矿物填充保鲜膜对各种水果和蔬菜贮藏保鲜时,其气调指标稳定,对O2和CO2的双向调节能力强,果蔬代谢产生的有害气体置换能力强,透湿性能好,不易内结露。果蔬保鲜时间长,保鲜效果好,提高了果实的经济效应。

Description

一种矿物填充保鲜膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保鲜膜及其制备方法,尤其是一种矿物填充保鲜膜及其制备方法。 
背景技术
果蔬采摘后,在贮藏期间仍是一个生物有机体,不断进行着新陈代谢、生理衰败,因而果蔬的保鲜很重要。 
目前已有多种贮藏方法,将果蔬装入聚乙烯膜包装袋中,封口后放入气调库内就是最常用的一种。由于聚乙烯膜的透气性能差,在贮藏期内要定期将每袋的封口打开放气,这样即增加了劳动强度,又难以确保贮藏质量。为了解决这一问题,出现了硅窗保鲜膜,其结构是在膜的某一部位上开一定面积的孔,再在开孔处贴上具有一定透气性能的硅橡胶膜,但这种结构的制造工艺比较复杂,成本较高。还有就是在塑料中填充填充剂,以改变塑料的性能,而在已有技术中,增加填充剂的主要目的在于增加材料的刚性、耐热性和降低材料的成本。并且各种果蔬保鲜膜的气调指标不稳定,对O2和CO2的双向调节能力不好,贮藏中果蔬代谢产生的有害气体置换能力弱,透湿性较差,容易内结露,对果蔬保鲜的时间短,保鲜效果差。 
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种矿物填充保鲜膜及其制备方法,主要解决现有的果蔬保鲜膜透气性差、透气比不合适及透湿性差、容易内结露,果蔬易腐烂衰老等问题,以便延长果蔬的保鲜期限。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种矿物填充保鲜膜,生产矿物填充保鲜膜的组分及重量份数比例为: 
低密度聚乙烯LDPE                    75~90份 
乙烯-醋酸乙烯树脂EVA                10~25份 
煅烧硅藻土                          2~10份 
煅烧高岭土                          2~10份 
偶联剂    占煅烧硅藻土和煅烧高岭土质量和的0.5%~1.5% 
分散剂                              0.5~1份。 
生产矿物填充保鲜膜的组分及重量份数优选比例为: 
低密度聚乙烯LDPE                    80份 
乙烯-醋酸乙烯树脂EVA                20份 
煅烧硅藻土                          6份 
煅烧高岭土                          4份 
偶联剂                              0.1份 
分散剂                              0.5份。 
所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。 
所述硅烷偶联剂为KH-550、KH-560或KH-570中的一种。 
所述分散剂为脂肪酸类、烃类或低分子蜡类中的一种。 
上述的矿物填充保鲜膜的制备方法,生产矿物填充保鲜膜的组分及重量份数比例为: 
低密度聚乙烯LDPE                   75~90份 
乙烯-醋酸乙烯树脂EVA               10~25份 
煅烧硅藻土                         2~10份 
煅烧高岭土                         2~10份 
偶联剂     占煅烧硅藻土和煅烧高岭土质量和的0.5%~1.5% 
分散剂                             0.5~1份 
制备工艺步骤为: 
(1)分别称取煅烧硅藻土和煅烧高岭土,分别放入马弗炉中分别煅烧,硅藻土于700℃煅烧6小时,高岭土于850℃煅烧6小时,得到煅烧硅藻土及煅烧高岭土; 
(2)按比例将称量好的煅烧硅藻土及煅烧高岭土放入高速捏合机中,加热到90~100℃并开始搅拌,按比例加入偶联剂,在90~100℃下搅拌5~10min,出料后干燥得到活化的复合填料; 
(3)按上述重量比配料,将所有配料经塑料粒子混合机混合均匀后,在105℃~140℃温度下在双螺杆挤出机上造粒,再采用单螺杆挤出吹塑机在120℃~160℃下吹塑成30um的薄膜。 
本发明的有益效果是:采用本发明的矿物填充保鲜膜对各种水果和蔬菜贮藏保鲜时,其气调指标稳定,对O2和CO2的双向调节能力强,果蔬代谢产生的有害气体置换能力强,透湿性能好,不易内结露。果蔬保鲜时间长,保鲜效果好,提高了果实的经济效应。 
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明: 
本发明的矿物填充保鲜膜,生产矿物填充保鲜膜的组分及重量份数比例为:

所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。 
所述硅烷偶联剂为KH-550、KH-560或KH-570中的一种。 
所述分散剂为脂肪酸类、烃类或低分子蜡类中的一种。 
上述的矿物填充保鲜膜的制备方法,生产矿物填充保鲜膜的组分及重量份数比例为:

制备工艺步骤为: 
(1)分别称取煅烧硅藻土和煅烧高岭土,分别放入马弗炉中分别煅烧,硅藻土于700℃煅烧6小时,高岭土于850℃煅烧6小时,得到煅烧硅藻土及煅烧高岭土; 
(2)按比例将称量好的煅烧硅藻土及煅烧高岭土放入高速捏合机中,加热到90~100℃并开始搅拌,按比例加入偶联剂,在90~100℃下搅拌5~10min,出料后干燥得到活化的复合填料; 
(3)按上述重量比配料,将所有配料经塑料粒子混合机混合均匀后, 在105℃~140℃温度下在双螺杆挤出机上造粒,再采用单螺杆挤出吹塑机在120℃~160℃下吹塑成30um的薄膜。 
实施例1 
(1)分别称取6公斤煅烧硅藻土和4公斤煅烧高岭土,分别放入马弗炉中分别煅烧,硅藻土于700℃煅烧6小时,高岭土于850℃煅烧6小时,得到煅烧硅藻土及煅烧高岭土; 
(2)将上述煅烧硅藻土及煅烧高岭土放入高速捏合机中,加热到90~100℃并开始搅拌,加入0.1公斤硅烷偶联剂KH-550,在90~100℃下搅拌5~10min,出料后干燥得到活化的复合填料; 
(3)将80公斤低密度聚乙烯(LDPE),20公斤乙烯-醋酸乙烯树脂(EVA),0.5公斤硬脂酸,加入到得到的复合填料中,将所有配料经塑料粒子混合机混合均匀后,在105℃~140℃温度下在双螺杆挤出机上造粒,再采用单螺杆挤出吹塑机在120℃~160℃下吹塑成30um的薄膜。 
实施例2 
(1)分别称取2公斤烧硅藻土和10公斤煅烧高岭土,分别放入马弗炉中分别煅烧,硅藻土于700℃煅烧6小时,高岭土于850℃煅烧6小时,得到煅烧硅藻土及煅烧高岭土; 
(2)将上述煅烧硅藻土及煅烧高岭土放入高速捏合机中,加热到90~100℃并开始搅拌,加入0.12公斤硅烷偶联剂KH-560,在90~100℃下搅拌5~10min,出料后干燥得到活化的复合填料; 
(3)将75公斤低密度聚乙烯(LDPE),25公斤乙烯-醋酸乙烯树脂(EVA),0.5公斤石蜡,加入到得到的复合填料中,将所有配料经塑料粒子混合机混合均匀后,在105℃~140℃温度下在双螺杆挤出机上造粒,再采用单螺杆挤出吹塑机在120℃~160℃下吹塑成30um的薄膜。 
实施例3 
(1)分别称取10公斤煅烧硅藻土和2公斤煅烧高岭土,分别放入马弗炉中分别煅烧,硅藻土于700℃煅烧6小时,高岭土于850℃煅烧6小时,得到煅烧硅藻土及煅烧高岭土; 
(2)将上述煅烧硅藻土及煅烧高岭土放入高速捏合机中,加热到90~100℃并开始搅拌,加入0.06公斤硅烷偶联剂KH-570,在90~100℃下搅拌5~10min,出料后干燥得到活化的复合填料; 
(3)将90公斤低密度聚乙烯(LDPE),10公斤乙烯-醋酸乙烯树脂(EVA),0.5公斤聚乙烯蜡,加入到得到的复合填料中,将所有配料经塑料粒子混合机混合均匀后,在105℃~140℃温度下在双螺杆挤出机上造粒,再采用单螺杆挤出吹塑机在120℃~160℃下吹塑成30um的薄膜。 
最后将薄膜按贮藏实际装量要求,制成不同尺寸规格的保鲜袋。 
采用实施例1的矿物填充保鲜膜贮存部分果蔬的品质指标

Claims (6)

1.一种矿物填充保鲜膜,其特征在于,生产矿物填充保鲜膜的组分及重量份数比例为:

所述矿物填充保鲜膜通过下述方法制得:
(1)分别称取煅烧硅藻土和煅烧高岭土,分别放入马弗炉中分别煅烧,硅藻土于700℃煅烧6小时,高岭土于850℃煅烧6小时,得到煅烧硅藻土及煅烧高岭土;
(2)按比例将称量好的煅烧硅藻土及煅烧高岭土放入高速捏合机中,加热到90~100℃并开始搅拌,按比例加入偶联剂,在90~100℃下搅拌5~10min,出料后干燥得到活化的复合填料;
(3)按上述重量比配料,将所有配料经塑料粒子混合机混合均匀后,在105℃~140℃温度下在双螺杆挤出机上造粒,再采用单螺杆挤出吹塑机在120℃~160℃下吹塑成30um的薄膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的矿物填充保鲜膜,其特征在于,生产矿物填充保鲜膜的组分及重量份数比例为:

4.根据权利要求3所述的矿物填充保鲜膜,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂为KH-550、KH-560或KH-570中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的矿物填充保鲜膜,其特征在于,所述分散剂为脂肪酸类、烃类或低分子蜡类中的一种。
6.权利要求1所述的矿物填充保鲜膜的制备方法,其特征在于,生产矿物填充保鲜膜的组分及重量份数比例为:
