Claims (6)
- 筒状の加硫ブラダと、この加硫ブラダの内部と連通可能に接続されている加熱媒体供給ラインおよび加圧媒体供給ラインを備えて、前記加熱媒体供給ラインを通じて加熱媒体が前記加硫ブラダの内部に供給され、前記加圧媒体供給ラインを通じて加圧媒体が前記加硫ブラダの内部に供給される構成した空気入りタイヤの加硫装置において、
前記加硫ブラダの内部と連通可能に接続されている加圧媒体低圧供給ラインおよび循環ラインを備えて、前記加圧媒体供給ラインには相対的に高圧の前記加圧媒体が流れ、前記加圧媒体低圧供給ラインには相対的に低圧の前記加圧媒体が流れる構成にして、加硫開始時には、前記加圧媒体低圧供給ラインを通じて相対的に低圧の前記加圧媒体が前記加硫ブラダの内部に供給されて、加硫モールド内でグリーンタイヤに挿入されている前記加硫ブラダが膨張して前記グリーンタイヤが加硫モールドに押圧された状態になった後、前記加熱媒体供給ラインを通じて前記加熱媒体が前記加硫ブラダの内部に供給され、次いで、前記加硫ブラダの内部に相対的に高圧の前記加圧媒体が供給される前に前記加硫ブラダの内部の媒体が前記循環ラインを通じて循環され始めて、前記加硫ブラダの内部の媒体が前記循環ラインを通じて循環しつつ、前記加圧媒体供給ラインを通じて相対的に高圧の前記加圧媒体が前記加硫ブラダの内部に供給されて前記加硫ブラダの内圧が上昇して前記グリーンタイヤがより強く前記加硫モールドに押圧される構成にしたことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤの加硫装置。 - 前記加圧媒体低圧供給ラインが、前記加圧媒体供給ラインから分岐している分岐ラインと、この分岐ラインの中途に存在する減圧弁とで構成される請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤの加硫装置。
- 相対的に低圧の前記加圧媒体の圧力が、相対的に高圧の前記加圧媒体の圧力の10%〜40%である請求項1または2に記載の空気入りタイヤの加硫装置。
- 加硫モールド内でグリーンタイヤに挿入された筒状の加硫ブラダの内部に加熱媒体および加熱媒体を供給して前記グリーンタイヤを加硫する空気入りタイヤの加硫方法において、
前記加圧媒体として相対的に高圧の加圧媒体と、相対的に低圧の加圧媒体とを使用し、加硫開始時には、相対的に低圧の前記加圧媒体を前記加硫ブラダの内部に供給して膨張させて前記グリーンタイヤを前記加硫モールドに押圧した後、前記加熱媒体を前記加硫ブラダの内部に供給し、次いで、前記加硫ブラダの内部に相対的に高圧の前記加圧媒体を供給する前に前記加硫ブラダの外部に延在する循環ラインを通じて前記加硫ブラダの内部の媒体を循環させ始めて、前記循環ラインを通じて前記加硫ブラダの内部の媒体を循環させつつ、相対的に高圧の前記加圧媒体を前記加硫ブラダの内部に供給して前記加硫ブラダの内圧を上昇させて前記グリーンタイヤを前記加硫モールドにより強く押圧して加硫することを特徴とする空気入りタイヤの加硫方法。 - 相対的に低圧の加圧媒体を前記加硫ブラダの内部に供給する際には、相対的に高圧の前記加圧媒体を前記加硫ブラダの内部に供給する加圧媒体供給ラインから分岐する加圧媒体低圧供給ラインに、相対的に高圧の前記加圧媒体を供給して、この加圧媒体低圧供給ラインに設置した減圧弁によって減圧した相対的に低圧の前記加圧媒体を、前記加圧媒体低圧供給ラインを通じて前記加硫ブラダの内部に供給する請求項4に記載の空気入りタイヤの加硫方法。
- 相対的に低圧の前記加圧媒体の圧力を、相対的に高圧の前記加圧媒体の圧力の10%〜40%に設定する請求項4または5に記載の空気入りタイヤの加硫方法。
