Description

−充填材料30と、位置決め区域11aの軸方向面11a3との間の任意選択の軸方向のアンダーカット。
−充填材料30と、押除け区域11cの軸方向面11c3との間の別の軸方向のアンダーカット。これは充填材料30からのシャフト10の引き出しを防止する。
・シャフト10とハブ20の間の半径方向と軸方向の同時の形状接合、
・低コストな結合、
・ハブ20に対するシャフト10の半径方向と軸方向の位置決めにあたっての高い精度、
・従来の結合技術に比べて明らかな設計スペース削減、

Claims (14)
- シャフト(10)にロータホイールを組み付けるためのシャフト・ハブ結合(1)であって、前記シャフト・ハブ結合(1)は、シャフト(10)と、ハブ(20)と、充填材料(30)とを有しており、前記シャフト(10)は端部に端部区域(11)を含んでおり、前記ハブ(20)には収容領域(21)が配置されているシャフト・ハブ結合において、
前記端部区域(11)は前記充填材料(30)を介在させたうえで前記収容領域(21)に配置されており、前記充填材料(30)は前記端部区域(11)および前記収容領域(21)に対してアンダーカットを軸方向と回転方向で構成し、それにより前記シャフト・ハブ結合(1)が形状接合式に製作され、
前記端部区域(11)は位置決め区域(11a)を有し、
前記収容領域(21)は位置決め領域(21a)を有し、
前記位置決め区域(11a)の外面(11a2)までの外径(D11a)は、前記位置決め領域(21a)の内面(21a2)までの内径(D21a)と同じ大きさである
ことを特徴とするシャフト・ハブ結合。 - 前記端部区域(11)は位置決め区域(11a)を有しており、前記充填材料(30)は前記位置決め区域(11a)に構成される構造部とともに回転式のアンダーカットを形成する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシャフト・ハブ結合(1)。 - 前記収容領域(21)は位置決め領域(21a)を有しており、前記充填材料(30)は前記位置決め領域(21a)に構成されるジオメトリーとともに別の回転式のアンダーカットを形成する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシャフト・ハブ結合(1)。 - 前記位置決め領域(21a)は前記位置決め区域(11a)を外側で取り囲むように配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載のシャフト・ハブ結合(1)。 - 前記位置決め領域(21a)に少なくとも1つのアンダーカット面(21a3)が構成されており、前記充填材料(30)は少なくとも1つの前記アンダーカット面(21a3)とともに軸方向のアンダーカットを形成する
ことを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のシャフト・ハブ結合(1)。 - 前記端部区域(11)は、前記位置決め区域(11a)に隣接する結合区域(11b)と、これに接続する押除け区域(11c)とを有しており、前記押除け区域(11c)には少なくとも1つの軸方向面(11c3)が構成されており、前記充填材料(30)は少なくとも1つの前記軸方向面(11c3)とともに別の軸方向のアンダーカットを形成する
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のシャフト・ハブ結合(1)。 - 前記ハブ(20)に構成された端面(22)が前記シャフト(10)に構成された肩部(12)と前記シャフト(10)の軸方向で協同作用する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載のシャフト・ハブ結合(1)。 - 前記充填材料(30)は注型材料でできている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載のシャフト・ハブ結合(1)。 - シャフト(10)に配置されたロータホイール(20)を有するタービン(62,75,89,91)において、前記ロータホイール(20)が請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載のシャフト・ハブ結合(1)によって前記シャフト(10)に配置されている
ことを特徴とするタービン。 - 作動媒体を通す循環路(100a)を有する排熱回収システム(100)において、前記循環路(100a)は、前記作動媒体の流れ方向で見て、ポンプ(102)と、気化器(103)と、バイパス弁(104a)と、膨張器(104)と、凝縮器(105)とを含んでおり、前記膨張器(104)が請求項9に記載のタービンとして構成されている排熱回収システム。
- 凝縮器(71)と、気化器(72)と、請求項9に記載のタービン(75)とを有する熱ポンプ(70)において、前記ロータホイール(20)が気化器と凝縮器との間で圧縮機として作用する熱ポンプ。
- 請求項9に記載のタービン(89)を有するマイクロガスタービン(80)において、前記ロータホイール(20)が前記マイクロガスタービンのタービン羽根車のための圧縮機として作用するマイクロガスタービン。
