Claims (8)
- 本体部分を画定するカバーと、
前記本体部分から延在するケーブルと、
嵌合部分を画定するシェルであって、前記嵌合部分が該カバーから延在し、前記シェルが2つの対向する側に突起を含む、シェルと、
該シェルの中に位置付けられるコネクタであって、該コネクタが第1のウェハ及び第2のウェハを含み、該第1及び第2のウェハの各々が、端子の列を支持する絶縁ブロックを有し、前記列の中の端子の各々が、該端子の対向する端部上に接点及び尾部を含み、前記コネクタが、前記ウェハの周囲に位置付けられるハウジングシェルを更に含み、該ハウジングシェルがカードスロットを画定し、前記接点がカードスロットの中に位置付けられ、前記ハウジングシェルが、前記突起に位置付けられる保持ブロックを含む、コネクタと、
前記端子の尾部に嵌合される回路基板と、
該回路基板の両側に位置付けられる固定層であって、前記回路基板をウェハに機械的に結合する、固定層と、を備え、前記シェル、ハウジングシェル、絶縁ブロック、固定層、及び回路基板が、前記シェルの2つの対向する側の間に積層構造を形成する、プラグコネクタアセンブリ。 - 前記ハウジングシェルが、前記接点の前方に位置付けられる付勢レールを含み、該付勢レールが、挿入された嵌合ブレードを前記接点と正しく整列させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のプラグコネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記付勢レールが、複数の支持アームによって支持され、前記付勢レールは、前記嵌合ブレードが前記カードスロットに挿入されたときに偏向するように構成されている、請求項2に記載のプラグコネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記付勢レールが前記接点に重なるように、前記付勢レールが接点の縁部を過ぎて延在する、請求項2に記載のプラグコネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記固定層が、硬化性材料であり、該硬化性材料は、前記固定層が硬くなる前に前記回路基板に対してウェハを調節可能に位置付けることを可能にする、請求項1に記載のプラグコネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記ウェハが、切り欠きを有し、前記ハウジングシェルが、前記切り欠きの中に位置付けられるアームを含む、請求項1に記載のプラグコネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記アームが開口を有し、前記切り欠きが、前記開口の中に位置付けられる係止部材を含む、請求項6に記載のプラグコネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記係止部材が、前記開口を塞ぐように熱間成形され、該開口が、負のテーパーを有する、請求項7に記載のプラグコネクタアセンブリ。
