Description
(i) HCFC−133aを脱フッ化水素処理して、HCC−1122を含む生成物流を生じる段階、
(ii) 前段階で得られたHCC−1122を水素化して、HCFC−142を生じる段階。
− 乾燥段階。この乾燥段階は、通常、窒素または空気の流れの下で高温(250℃から450℃、好ましくは300℃から350℃)で実施され、場合により空気または窒素の存在下での低温(100℃から150℃、好ましくは110℃から120℃)での初期乾燥段階が先行する。乾燥段階の全持続時間は、10から50時間の間であり得る。
− 温度が350℃を超えないようにHF含有量を制御しながら、フッ化水素酸および窒素の混合物を用いて低温(180℃から350℃)で実施されるフッ素化工程。フッ素化段階の持続時間は、10から50時間の間であり得る。
− 最高450℃の温度で、純粋なフッ化水素酸または窒素で希釈したフッ化水素酸の流れの下での任意の仕上げ段階。仕上げ段階の持続時間は、2から15時間の間であり得る。
1,1,1−トリフルオロ−2−クロロエタン(HCFC−133a)の脱フッ化水素処理
使用した触媒は、空気およびフッ化水素を用いて約280℃で固定床中でアルミナをフッ素化することによって調製したAlF3触媒であった(空気中の酸の体積濃度は5から10%の範囲である)。触媒は以下の物理化学的特性を有する:
− 形態:直径0.5から2mmのビーズ
− BET比表面積:220m2/g
− 細孔容積:1.3cm3/g
1−クロロ−2,2−ジフルオロエチレン(HCC−1122)の水素化
炉の内部に設置された管状反応器に10gの湿潤0.5%Pd/Cペレット型触媒を入れた。触媒を窒素下で110℃および大気圧で最初に乾燥させた。次に、窒素流中に水素を導入し、温度を110℃に維持することによって触媒を還元した。2時間後、床の温度を80℃に下げ、窒素流をゼロに減少させ、1−クロロ−2,2−ジフルオロエチレン(HCC−1122)を反応器に供給した。有機原料に対する水素のモル比は8.7であった。接触時間は約4.5秒であった。1−クロロ−2,2−ジフルオロエチレン(HCC−1122)の転化率は約100.0%であった。所望の(HCFC−142)生成物の選択率は約98.7%であった。
Claims (20)
- 以下の段階
(i) 1,1,1−トリフルオロ−2−クロロエタンを脱フッ化水素処理して、1−クロロ−2,2−ジフルオロエチレンを含む生成物流を形成する段階、
(ii) 段階(i)で得られた1−クロロ−2,2−ジフルオロエチレンを水素化して1−クロロ−2,2−ジフルオロエタンを生じる段階
を含む1−クロロ−2,2−ジフルオロエタンの調製方法。 - 段階(i)が、液相または気相中で実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 段階(i)が、脱フッ化水素処理剤の存在下で実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 段階(i)が、熱分解として実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 脱フッ化水素処理剤が塩基である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 塩基がアルカリ金属水酸化物またはアルカリ土類金属水酸化物であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 塩基が、水酸化リチウム、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、水酸化マグネシウムおよび水酸化カルシウムからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 脱フッ化水素処理剤が、固体または溶融状態、または水性または非水性の苛性溶液であることを特徴とする、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 段階(i)が、触媒の存在下で行われることを特徴とする、請求項5から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 触媒が相間移動触媒であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 段階(i)が、触媒の不存在下で20から300℃の範囲の温度で行われることを特徴とする、請求項5から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 段階(i)が150から650℃の範囲の温度で行われることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 段階(i)が脱フッ化水素処理剤の不存在下で350から1000℃の範囲の温度で行われる熱分解であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 脱フッ化水素処理剤が段階(i)の後に回収されることを特徴とする、請求項2から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 段階(ii)が触媒の存在下で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 段階(ii)の生成物流の少なくとも一部を段階(ii)の供給原料にリサイクルすることを特徴とする、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 段階(ii)の生成物流が1−クロロ−2,2−ジフルオロエタンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 段階(ii)が20℃から250℃の入口温度で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 1−クロロ−2,2−ジフルオロエタンが段階(ii)の後に精製されることを特徴とする、請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程(i)の後に、1−クロロ−2,2−ジフルオロエチレンが生成物流から分離されることを特徴とする、請求項1から19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
