Claims (2)
- 径が0.05mm以上0.12mm以下の素線が複数本撚られた撚線からなる導体部と当該導体部を覆う被覆部とからなり、前記導体部の公称断面積が8sq以上となるツイスト加工された3本以上の電線と、抗張力繊維に金属メッキを施したメッキ繊維を編み込んだ編組によって構成され、前記3本以上の電線の外周を覆うシールド層と、前記シールド層の外周に設けられた絶縁樹脂からなるチューブ状のシースと、を備え、前記3本以上の電線が、当該3本以上の電線の中心をつなぐ円の径である層心径の18倍以下の撚りピッチでツイスト加工されたケーブル長が300mm以上である耐屈曲シールド複合ケーブルと、
前記耐屈曲シールド複合ケーブルの前記シールド層と前記シースとの間、又は前記シース外において、前記耐屈曲シールド複合ケーブルに沿って配置された他の電線と、を備え、
前記3本以上の電線をツイスト加工したときの電線束の長さを、前記3本以上の電線をツイスト加工しないときの各電線の長さから減算して得られる値を電線長増加分とし、前記耐屈曲シールド複合ケーブルの一端側となる車輪側において生じる90°捻じりが撚り込み方向に加わって前記3本以上の電線が最も撚り込まれたときの電線束の長さを、捻じりが加わらないときの電線束の長さから減算して得られる値を電線束長減少量とした場合、前記電線長増加分が前記電線束長減少量よりも5.5mm以上大きくなっている
ことを特徴とする車輪配索用ワイヤーハーネス。 - 前記他の電線は、前記シールド層と前記シースとの間において、前記耐屈曲シールド複合ケーブルの長手方向に螺旋状となって配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車輪配索用ワイヤーハーネス。
