Claims (7)
- クラッチ(13)が駆動エンジン(2)と手動変速機(4)との間で係合された状態で変速を行うように、駆動エンジン(2)を有する自動二輪車の手動変速機を作動する変速装置であり、前記手動変速機(4)は、回転作動可能なセレクタシャフト(6)及び回転作動可能なギヤセレクタドラム(7)を有し、前記変速装置は、前記セレクタシャフト(6)を作動するよう設けられる変速レバー(5)を有し、前記駆動エンジン(2)の出力トルクに影響を与えるよう適合される変速装置であって、前記変速装置は、セレクタシャフト(6)の回転角度又は旋回角度を検出する第1センサ装置(8)、および、前記ギヤセレクタドラム(7)の回転角度又は旋回角度を検出する第2センサ装置(14)を有し、前記変速装置は、前記第1センサ装置(8)によって提供される第1センサ信号に基づいて、変速を行うために、前記出力トルクを減少させるよう適合され、前記変速装置は、前記第2センサ装置(14)によって提供される第2センサ信号に基づいて、変速を完了させるために、前記駆動エンジン(2)の前記出力トルクの減少を停止し、前記駆動エンジン(2)の出力トルクを増大させるように適合され、
前記変速装置は、荷重検出装置を用いておらず、前記第1センサ装置(8)及び/又は第2センサ装置(14)は、ホール効果センサとして構成されることを特徴とする、変速装置。 - 前記変速レバー(5)は、前記セレクタシャフト(6)に変速力を伝達するために、確動嵌合で、前記セレクタシャフト(6)に結合される、又は力伝達装置を介在させた状態で、前記セレクタシャフト(6)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の変速装置。
- 前記変速レバー(5)と前記セレクタシャフト(6)との間にある変速力伝達経路には、前記変速力によって変形可能なバネ装置が存在しないことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の変速装置。
- 前記セレクタシャフト(6)は、端面端部の領域に支持軸受を備え、前記支持軸受は、筒状体(11)として適合され、前記セレクタシャフト(6)に着脱可能に固定可能であり、磁気装置(12)を着脱可能に止着する取付台(10)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の変速装置。
- 前記ギヤセレクタドラム(7)は、端面端部の領域に凹部を有し、該凹部中に磁気装置(16)が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の変速装置。
- 前記駆動エンジン(2)は、ハウジング(3)を有し、前記第1センサ装置(8)及び/又は第2センサ装置(14)は、前記ハウジング(3)に外部から止着されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の変速装置。
- 前記変速装置は、前記クラッチ(13)を係合状態で、ギヤを両変速方向で係合させて、前記手動変速機(4)を変速するよう適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の変速装置。
