Description
本発明の第1の実施形態に係る電線の防水構造1は、図5等で示すように、複数本の電線3と、シール材(キャップ)5とを備えて構成されている。
本発明の第2の実施形態に係る電線の防水構造1aは、電線3を1本ずつ成形してから、各電線3を集めてシールしている点が本発明の第1の実施形態に係る電線の防水構造1と異なり、その他の点は、電線の防水構造1とほぼ同様に構成されている。
本発明の第3の実施形態に係る電線の防水構造1bは、図13で示すように、各電線3の間に弾性を備えた防水材23(図14参照)を配置している点が、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る電線の防水構造1と異なり、その他の点は、電線の防水構造1とほぼ同様に構成されている。

Claims (3)
- 複数本の電線それぞれの一部で被覆を除去する被覆除去工程と、
前記被覆除去工程での被覆の除去によって導体が露出している各電線のそれぞれについて、前記各電線の被覆の一部を角柱状に成形する被覆成形工程と、
前記被覆成形工程での成形がされた後に、前記電線を集め、前記各電線の露出している導体同士をジョイント接合する接合工程と、
前記接合工程での接合後に、前記被覆成形工程での成形がされた被覆の部位が角柱状になっている状態で、前記角柱状になっている各電線の被覆の部位を一体化するとともに、前記各電線の被覆の一部から前記角柱状になっている各電線の被覆の部位と前記露出している導体とを連続してシールするシール工程と、
を有することを特徴とする電線の防水方法。 - 複数本の電線それぞれの一部で被覆を除去する被覆除去工程と、
前記各電線のそれぞれについて、前記被覆の一部を角柱状に成形する被覆成形工程と、
前記被覆除去工程での被覆の除去がされ前記被覆成形工程での成形がされた後に、前記電線を集め、前記各電線の露出している導体同士をジョイント接合する接合工程と、
前記接合工程での接合後に、前記被覆成形工程での成形がされた被覆の部位が角柱状になっている状態で、前記角柱状になっている各電線の被覆の部位を一体化するとともに、前記各電線の被覆の一部から前記角柱状になっている各電線の被覆の部位と前記露出している導体とを連続してシールするシール工程と、
を有し、
前記被覆除去工程、前記被覆成形工程、前記接合工程と、前記シール工程の順にこれらの工程が実行されるか、
もしくは、前記被覆成形工程、前記被覆除去工程、前記接合工程と、前記シール工程の順にこれらの工程が実行されることを特徴とする電線の防水方法。 - 一部で導体が露出している複数本の電線であって、前記露出している各導体同士がジョイント接合されており、前記各電線のそれぞれについて、前記電線の被覆の一部が角柱状に成形されており、これらの成形された被覆の部位が集まって角柱状になっている複数本の電線と、
前記各電線の、前記被覆の一部から、前記角柱状になっている各被覆の部位を一体させて、前記各電線の、前記角柱状になっている各被覆の部位と、前記露出している導体とを連続して覆ってシールしているシール材と、
を有することを特徴とする電線の防水構造。
