図1は本発明の実施例による立体映像表示装置を概略的に示した図である。図2aは本発明の実施例による立体映像表示装置の表示パネル及びバリアパネルを示した図である。図2bは図2aのP領域を拡大した図である。図3aは本発明の実施例による立体映像表示装置のバリアパネル上に位置する配線を概略的に示した図である。図3bは図3aのR領域を拡大した図である。図4aは図3aのI−I’線及び3bのII−II’線に沿って切断した断面を示した図である。図4bは図3bのIII−III’線に沿って切断した断面を示した図である。

Claims (15)
- 表示パネルを駆動するディスプレイ駆動部と、
前記表示パネル上に位置し、下部バリア基板と上部バリア基板の間に下部チャネル電極、チャネル絶縁膜、上部チャネル電極、バリア液晶層及び共通電極を含むバリアパネルと、
前記下部チャネル電極及び前記上部チャネル電極を制御するバリア駆動部とを含み、
前記下部チャネル電極のそれぞれは隣接した二つの前記上部チャネル電極の間に位置し、
前記共通電極は前記下部チャネル電極及び前記上部チャネル電極と垂直電界を形成し、
それぞれの前記下部チャネル電極は、第1サブチャネル、前記第1サブチャネルと連結される第1端部領域及び前記第1端部領域と対向する第2端部領域を含む第2サブチャネル、及び前記バリア基板と前記第2サブチャネルの前記第2端部領域の間に位置する下部絶縁膜を含む、立体映像表示装置。 - 前記上部チャネル電極間の離隔距離は前記上部チャネル電極の水平幅と同一である、請求項1に記載の立体映像表示装置。
- それぞれの前記下部チャネル電極の前記下部絶縁膜は隣接した前記下部チャネル電極の前記第1サブチャネルを部分的に覆う、請求項1に記載の立体映像表示装置。
- 前記第2サブチャネルの前記第1端部領域は前記上部チャネル電極に向かう当該第1サブチャネルの上部面と直接接触する、請求項3に記載の立体映像表示装置。
- 前記第2サブチャネルの前記第2端部領域は隣接した前記下部チャネル電極の前記第1サブチャネルの一部領域と重畳する、請求項3に記載の立体映像表示装置。
- 前記第2端部領域の水平長は前記第1端部領域の水平長と同一である、請求項5に記載の立体映像表示装置。
- 視聴者の位置を感知する視聴距離感知部をさらに含み、
前記バリア駆動部は、前記視聴距離感知部の信号によって、前記下部チャネル電極及び前記上部チャネル電極に印加される電圧を調節する、請求項1に記載の立体映像表示装置。 - 前記表示パネルは、順に積層された下部表示基板、下部発光電極、発光層、上部発光電極及び上部表示基板を含む、請求項1に記載の立体映像表示装置。
- 表示パネル上に位置し、アクティブ領域及び前記アクティブ領域の外側に位置する周辺領域を含む下部バリア基板と、
前記下部バリア基板上に位置し、前記アクティブ領域を横切る下部チャネル電極と、
前記下部チャネル電極上に位置し、前記アクティブ領域を横切る上部チャネル電極であって、隣接した二つの上部チャネル電極の間に前記下部チャネル電極のそれぞれが位置する、上部チャネル電極と、
前記上部チャネル電極上に位置し、前記下部チャネル電極及び前記上部チャネル電極と垂直電界を形成する共通電極と、
前記下部チャネル電極、前記上部チャネル電極、および前記共通電極の間に位置するバリア液晶層とを含み、
前記下部チャネル電極は、第1サブチャネル、第2サブチャネル及び前記第1サブチャネルと前記第2サブチャネルの間に位置する下部絶縁膜を含み、
前記下部絶縁膜は前記第1サブチャネルのそれぞれの一側端部を露出する下部コンタクトホールを含み、
それぞれの前記下部コンタクトホールは、当該第1サブチャネルと離隔する第1側壁及び当該第1サブチャネルから重畳する第2側壁を含み、
それぞれの前記第2サブチャネルは当該下部コンタクトホールの第1側壁に沿って伸びて当該第1サブチャネルの一側端部と連結される、立体映像表示装置。 - それぞれの第2サブチャネルは、当該第1サブチャネルと接触する第1端部領域、前記下部絶縁膜上に位置する第2端部領域及び前記第1端部領域と前記第2端部領域の間に位置する中央領域を含み、
前記中央領域の一部領域は当該下部コンタクトホールの第1側壁上に位置する、請求項9に記載の立体映像表示装置。 - 前記下部バリア基板の前記周辺領域上に位置し、前記アクティブ領域の周縁部に沿って伸びるリンク配線をさらに含み、
前記上部チャネル電極及び前記下部チャネル電極は互いに異なるリンク配線と連結される、請求項9に記載の立体映像表示装置。 - 前記リンク配線は前記アクティブ領域の中心を基準に非対称形状である、請求項11に記載の立体映像表示装置。
- 前記下部絶縁膜は前記下部バリア基板の前記周辺領域上に延在し、
前記リンク配線は前記下部絶縁膜によって覆われる、請求項11に記載の立体映像表示装置。 - 前記リンク配線は前記第1サブチャネルと異なる物質を含む、請求項13に記載の立体映像表示装置。
- 前記下部コンタクトホールは前記下部バリア基板の前記周辺領域上に位置する、請求項9に記載の立体映像表示装置。
