Description
なお、摩耗性に着目する場合には、周方向溝14の幅(タイヤ幅方向Wの長さ)は、力が加わった際に陸部同士が支え合うため、10mm以下がよい。
以下、本実施形態の作用、効果を説明する。
Claims (5)
- トレッド部を備えた建設車両用タイヤであって、
前記トレッド部は、タイヤ周方向に延びる周方向溝と、前記トレッド部の端部であるトレッド端およびタイヤ幅方向に沿って曲線状に延びる幅方向溝の少なくとも一方と、によって複数に区画されており、
前記幅方向溝は、タイヤ赤道線の少なくとも片側で、
タイヤ幅方向外側に行くに従ってタイヤ周方向に対する凹凸の向きが変わる変曲点を有しているとともに、
前記変曲点からタイヤ周方向一方側かつタイヤ幅方向外側へ延び、更に、タイヤ周方向他方側かつタイヤ幅方向外側へ延びることで、前記タイヤ周方向一方側に対して湾曲凸状の陸部部分を形成する屈曲溝部を有し、
前記トレッド部よりもタイヤ径方向内側に配置されているベルト層にはハイアングルベルトが配置され、
トレッド面視で、ハイアングルベルト端を幅方向中心にしてトレッド幅の1/8以内のタイヤ幅方向範囲に前記変曲点が配置されていることを特徴とする建設車両用タイヤ。 - 前記幅方向溝は、タイヤ赤道線から前記ハイアングルベルト端にかけてタイヤ正転時にはタイヤ幅方向外側ほど先に接地するように、タイヤ幅方向に対して傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設車両用タイヤ。
- 前記タイヤ周方向一方側がタイヤ正転方向側であることを特徴とする請求項1または2の何れか1項に記載の建設車両用タイヤ。
- タイヤ幅方向に対して前記幅方向溝のなす角度θの最大値が20〜80°の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の建設車両用タイヤ。
- タイヤ赤道線と前記幅方向溝との交差位置では、前記幅方向溝がタイヤ幅方向に対してなす角度αが0〜20°の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の建設車両用タイヤ。
