Abstract
Description
露出する表面を有し、間隔を空けて裏面が対向した一対のシートと、
前記一対のシートの間に設けられたスペーサと、

前記一対のシートはそれぞれ遮熱シートであり、
前記スペーサは、閉鎖空間を含み、
前記閉鎖空間に流体が封入されている。
前記本発明に係る組立式建築物は、空調装置を備えていることが好ましい。
本明細書において使用される用語「約」とは、後に続く数値の±10%の範囲を意味する。
本発明に係る遮熱パネル及び組立式建築物の第1の実施形態について図1乃至図4を参照しながら説明する。図1及び図2に示すように、遮熱パネル1は、間隔を空けて対向した一対のシート10,20と、このシート10,20の間に設けられるスペーサを有し、スペーサ31により、流体を封入した閉鎖空間30を形成する。
本発明に係る遮熱パネルの第2の実施形態について図5乃至図7を参照しながら説明する。第2の実施形態において、第1の実施形態と同一の部分及び同一に相当する部分は、同一符号を付して説明する。
以上、本発明の遮熱パネル1及び組立式建築物5の実施形態について説明したが、本発明は、前記の実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の課題を解決できる範囲での変更や改良は、本発明に含まれる。
本発明に係る遮熱パネル参考例について図8を参照しながら説明する。図8は、本発明に係る遮熱パネルの参考例を示した斜視図である。参考例における遮熱パネル1は、一方のシート10である遮熱シート11に間隔を空けて対向した追加のシート22と、この追加のシート22と遮熱シート11との間に設けられた追加の閉鎖空間32とを備え、追加の閉鎖空間32に空気などの流体が封入されるようにしてもよい。遮熱シート11と追加のシート21との間には、ハニカム構造のようなスペーサ31が介在する。遮熱シート11の両面に空気などの流体を封入した閉鎖空間30及び追加の閉鎖空間32が設けられた遮熱パネル1は、熱を遮断する断熱機能をより高めることができる。
以上まとめると、本発明が適用される遮熱パネル1は、
露出する表面を有し、間隔を空けて裏面が対向した一対のシート10,20と、
前記一対のシート10,20の間に設けられたスペーサ31と、
を備え、
前記一対のシート10,20はそれぞれ遮熱シート11,12であり、
前記スペーサ31は閉鎖空間30を含み、
前記閉鎖空間30に流体が封入されている。

- 遮熱パネルであって、
金属層がシートに接着剤によって接着されて構成された第1の遮熱シートと、
前記金属層が前記シートに前記接着剤によって接着されて構成された第2の遮熱シートと、
前記第1の遮熱シートと第2の遮熱シートの間に設けられたスペーサと、
の三層構造からなり、
前記第1の遮熱シートおよび第2の遮熱シートの外表面は絶縁層でコーティングされており、
前記第1の遮熱シートおよび第2の遮熱シートと前記スペーサとは接着剤によって接着されており、
前記第1の遮熱シートおよび第2の遮熱シートの双方に、前記スペーサが突き合う端縁によって浮き出るラインが出現しており、
前記シートは板紙を含み、
前記金属層はアルミニウム層を含み、
前記スペーサは、紙、木、またはプラスチック製であり、
前記スペーサは、前記第1の遮熱シートと、前記第2の遮熱シートと、前記スペーサとで囲まれた閉鎖空間を含み、
前記閉鎖空間に流体が封入されている、
遮熱パネル。 - 前記パネルの一辺が少なくとも約900mmである、請求項1に記載の遮熱パネル。
- 前記スペーサの厚みは約10mm〜約100mmである、請求項1または請求項2に記載の遮熱パネル。
- 前記閉鎖空間に封入される流体は、空気である、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の遮熱パネル。 - 前記アルミニウム層はアルミニウム箔である、

- 前記遮熱パネルは、空調装置を備えている組立式建築物用のものである、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の遮熱パネル。
- 外壁、屋根及び床を備え、前記外壁、前記屋根及び前記床の少なくともいずれかの少なくとも一部が請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の遮熱パネルによって構築されている、
組立式建築物。 - 空調装置を備えている保管庫である、請求項8に記載の組立式建築物。
