Description
(1)水溶性主鎖モノマー、架橋剤、重合開始剤、及び側鎖にカテコール基を有する接着性モノマーを構成要素とする接着性ハイドロゲル。
(2)前記カテコール基が、ドーパ又はその誘導体に由来する、(1)記載の接着性ハイドロゲル。
(3)前記水溶性主鎖モノマーがビニル基含有モノマーである、(1)又は(2)記載の接着性ハイドロゲル。
(4)水溶性主鎖モノマー、架橋剤、重合開始剤、及び側鎖にカテコール基を有する接着性モノマーから合成された接着性ハイドロゲル。
(5)前記カテコール基が、ドーパ又はその誘導体に由来する、(4)記載の接着性ハイドロゲル。
(6)前記水溶性主鎖モノマーがビニル基含有モノマーである(4)又は(5)記載の接着性ハイドロゲル。

(17)(15)又は(16)記載の前記接着剤が、骨、歯、若しくは軟組織の接着、又は骨、歯、若しくは軟組織と医療用部材との接着に使用される、医療用接着剤。
(18)前記医療用部材が、検知電極、刺激電極、インプラントである、(17)記載のハイドロゲルを含有する医療用接着剤。
(19)(10)〜(14)いずれか1つ記載の接着性ハイドロゲル作製用組成物を含有する、船底防汚塗料。
(20)(10)〜(14)いずれか1つ記載の接着性ハイドロゲル作製用組成物を含有する、水系潤滑剤。

水溶性主鎖モノマーとして950mM アクリルアミド、架橋剤として13.0mM N,N−メチレンビスアクリルアミド、重合開始剤として65.6mM 2‐ヒドロキシ‐2‐メチルプロピオフェノン、接着性モノマーとして50mM ドーパミンメタクリルアミド(Dopamine methacrilamide、DMA)を用い、プレポリマー水溶液を調整した。溶媒としては、6.7ml PBS(2.68mM KCl、136.9mM NaCl、8.05mM Na2HPO4、1.47mM KH2PO4)に、3.3mlになるようにDMSOを添加した水溶液を用いた。調整したプレポリマー水溶液は重合阻害となる酸素を除くために窒素バブリングを2分間行った。DMSOを水溶液に添加することにより、重合基を付与したカテコール基の極性が低下しても、重合させることができる。
DMA濃度を0〜200mMまで変え、アクリルアミドとの和が1000mMになるように調整してプレポリマー水溶液を調整した。水溶液の組成を表1に示す。調製した溶液30μlを接着面積が20mm×26mmになるように2枚のスライドガラスに挟み込み、窒素雰囲気下において波長300nm、1mW/cm2の光を6時間照射し、重合を行った。
アクリルアミド(60mg/ml)、DMA(20mg/ml)、N,N−メチレンビスアクリルアミド(20mg/ml)、Irgacure2959(10μg/ml)をPBSバッファ(pH7)6.7ml、DMSO 3.3ml中に溶解させ、酸素プラズマ(100W、1分間)により表面を洗浄したガラス及び金基板、コラーゲンゲル、ソフトコンタクトレンズ、テフロン(登録商標)基板上にキャストし、実施例1と同様の条件で光重合を行った。
ダブルネットワーク(以下、DNと記載することもある。)ゲルの表面にDMA含有ハイドロゲルの形成を試みた。DNゲルは以下の手法により合成した。2−アクリルアミド−2−メチル−1−プロパンスルホン酸ナトリウム塩、N,N’−メチレンビスアクリルアミド、2−オキソグルタル酸をそれぞれ1M、40mM、1mMの濃度で調製した。ガラス板の間に溶液を挟み、UV光を1mW/cm2の強度で照射しながら6時間、窒素雰囲気下で重合を行うことで最初のゲルを合成した。その後、ジメチルアクリルアミド、N,N’−メチレンビスアクリルアミド、2−オキソグルタル酸をそれぞれ3M、3mM、3mMの濃度で調製し、ゲルを2晩浸漬した後、同様に重合を行いDNゲルを合成した。

(2)(a)水溶性ビニル基含有モノマーである水溶性主鎖モノマーからなる主鎖を形成する構造単位と、(b)側鎖にカテコール基を有する接着性モノマーからなる構造単位と、(c)重合性二重結合によって三次元架橋構造の全部または一部を導入し得る多官能のビニル系モノマーであるハイドロゲル形成のための架橋剤からなる架橋部を形成する構造単位とを有する重合体と、

- 請求項5に記載の接着性ハイドロゲルを含む、生体用粘着剤。
- 水、
水溶性ビニル基含有モノマーからなる水溶性主鎖モノマー、
重合性二重結合によって三次元架橋構造の全部または一部を導入し得る多官能のビニル系モノマーであるハイドロゲル形成のための架橋剤、
及び側鎖にカテコール基を有する接着性モノマーを含む接着性ハイドロゲル作製用組成物。 - さらに重合開始剤を含む請求項7記載の接着性ハイドロゲル作製用組成物。
- 前記カテコール基が、ドーパ又はその誘導体に由来する請求項7、又は8記載の接着性ハイドロゲル作製用組成物。
- 前記カテコール基が、
水溶性主鎖モノマーが主鎖を形成するために有する官能基と反応せず、主鎖との連結に関与しない請求項7〜9のいずれか1項記載の接着性ハイドロゲル作製用組成物。 - 前記接着性モノマーの全部または一部は、一般式(3)で示される接着性モノマー
(ここで、Yはアミド、又はエステルを表すが、含まれていなくてもよい。R3は、水素、炭素数1〜20のアルキル基を表し、直鎖状、分岐状、あるいは環状のいずれでもよく、pは0又は1〜10の整数を表し、当該接着性モノマーに導入されていてもよい1つ以上の置換基であるR4〜R6は、同一または異なり、水酸基、ニトロ基、カルボキシ基、及びカルボニル基から選択される置換基で置換されている基である。) - さらに電解質及び/又は極性溶媒を含む、請求項7〜11のいずれか1項記載の接着性ハイドロゲル作製用組成物。
- 請求項7〜12のいずれか1項記載の接着性ハイドロゲル作製用組成物を含む接着剤。
- 請求項13記載の接着剤が、
前記水溶性主鎖モノマー、前記架橋剤、前記重合開始剤、及び前記接着性モノマーを一液中に含む一液型接着剤、
又は前記水溶性主鎖モノマー、前記架橋剤、及び前記接着性モノマーを第一液に含み、前記重合開始剤とを第二液に含む二液型接着剤として使用される、ハイドロゲルを含有する接着剤。 - 請求項13又は14記載の前記接着剤が、
骨、歯、若しくは軟組織の接着、又は骨、歯、若しくは軟組織と医療用部材との接着に使用される、医療用接着剤。 - 前記医療用部材が、
検知電極、刺激電極、インプラントである、請求項15記載の医療用接着剤。 - 請求項7〜12いずれか1項記載の接着性ハイドロゲル作製用組成物を含有する、船底防汚塗料。
- 請求項7〜12いずれか1項記載の接着性ハイドロゲル作製用組成物を含有する、水系潤滑剤。
- 請求項7〜12いずれか1項記載の接着性ハイドロゲル作製用組成物を含有する、防汚用被覆材。
- 水溶性ビニル基含有モノマーからなる水溶性主鎖モノマー水溶液、重合性二重結合によって三次元架橋構造の全部または一部を導入し得る多官能のビニルモノマーであるハイドロゲル形成のための架橋剤、重合開始剤、及び側鎖にカテコール基を有する接着性モノマー水溶液を含む接着性ハイドロゲル作製用組成物を含有するプレポリマー水溶液を調製する工程と、
前記プレポリマー水溶液に重合開始反応を行う重合開始工程を含む接着性ハイドロゲル合成方法。
