Description
同軸に並列配置した第1、第2のアンギュラ円筒コロ軸受と、
前記第1、第2のアンギュラ円筒コロ軸受の間に配置した間隔調整板と、
を有しており、
前記第1のアンギュラ円筒コロ軸受では、第1の外輪および第1の内輪の間に形成されている1条の第1のコロ軌道に、複数個の第1の円筒コロが転動可能な状態で挿入されており、
前記第2のアンギュラ円筒コロ軸受では、第2の外輪および第2の内輪の間に形成されている1条の第2のコロ軌道に、複数個の第2の円筒コロが転動可能な状態で挿入されており、
軸受中心軸線の方向から相互に対峙している前記第1、第2の外輪の端面をそれぞれ第1、第2の外輪端面と呼び、前記第1、第2の内輪の端面をそれぞれ第1、第2の内輪端面と呼ぶものとすると、
前記第1、第2の外輪端面および前記第1、第2の内輪端面のうちの一方は前記軸受中心軸線の方向から相互に当接しており、他方の間には前記間隔調整板が挟み込まれていることを特徴としている。
Claims (2)
- 同軸に並列配置した第1、第2のアンギュラ円筒コロ軸受と、
前記第1、第2のアンギュラ円筒コロ軸受の間に配置され、前記第1、第2のアンギュラ円筒コロ軸受のそれぞれにおける内輪側軌道面と外輪側軌道面との間における軸受中心軸線の方向のずれが小さくなるように調整する間隔調整板と、
を有しており、
前記第1のアンギュラ円筒コロ軸受では、第1の外輪の前記外輪側軌道面および第1の内輪の前記内輪側軌道面の間に形成されている1条の第1のコロ軌道に、複数個の第1の円筒コロが転動可能な状態で挿入されており、
前記第2のアンギュラ円筒コロ軸受では、第2の外輪の前記外輪側軌道面および第2の内輪の前記内輪側軌道面の間に形成されている1条の第2のコロ軌道に、複数個の第2の円筒コロが転動可能な状態で挿入されており、
前記軸受中心軸線の方向から相互に対峙している前記第1、第2の外輪の端面をそれぞれ第1、第2の外輪端面と呼び、前記軸受中心軸線の方向から相互に対峙している前記第1、第2の内輪の端面をそれぞれ第1、第2の内輪端面と呼ぶものとすると、
前記第1、第2の外輪端面および前記第1、第2の内輪端面のうちの一方は前記軸受中心軸線の方向から相互に当接しており、他方の間には前記間隔調整板が挟み込まれている組合せ円筒コロ軸受。 - 請求項1において、
前記第1、第2の外輪が、前記第1、第2の外輪端面が当接した状態で圧入固定されている軸受ケースを有し、
前記第1、第2の内輪の前記第1、第2の内輪端面の間に、円盤形状の前記間隔調整板が挟み込まれている組合せ円筒コロ軸受。
