Claims (4)
- 金属製のハニカムコア(12)を2枚のCFRP板(13)の間に挟んで接着した自動車用フロアパネルであって、
前記ハニカムコア(12)は、多角形(P)状に形成された多数のコア単体(14)を該多角形(P)の辺(S)を共有するように一平面内で連続させたものであり、該ハニカムコア(12)は、前記辺(S)を有する頂面(14a)と、一対の側面(14b)と、一対のフランジ面(14c)とでハット状断面部を構成し、前記一対のフランジ面(14c)に一枚の前記CFRP板(13)を接着して構成されて前記辺(S)に沿って直線状に延びる閉断面部(18)が、隣接する前記コア単体(14)の前記多角形(P)の頂点(V)において相互に連続し、
一対の前記ハニカムコア(12)を、前記ハット状断面部の頂面(14a)においてエポキシ系接着剤(16)で相互に接着すると共に、前記ハット状断面部のフランジ面(14c)を、弾性率が10〜120MPaのウレタン系接着剤(17)で前記CFRP板(13)に接着したことを特徴とする自動車用フロアパネル。 - 前記2枚のCFRP板(13)の端部どうしをエポキシ系接着剤(15)で接着したことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動車用フロアパネル。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の自動車用フロアパネルの製造方法であって、 前記ハニカムコア(12)をIHヒータで誘導過熱することで接着剤を硬化させることを特徴とする自動車用フロアパネルの製造方法。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の自動車用フロアパネルの製造方法であって、 アルミニウム板をブロー成形により深絞りして前記ハニカムコア(12)を製造することを特徴とする自動車用フロアパネルの製造方法。
