Claims (16)
- 血液サンプル最適化システムであって、
採血システムであって、
患者の血液サンプルを取り出せるようにするために患者の静脈穿刺用に構成された患者針と、

前記血液サンプルの後続の部分を採取しかつ収容するために真空採血管を受け入れるように構成されたサンプル針と
を含む採血システムと、
前記患者針と前記サンプル針との間に前記採血経路に沿って接続された血液隔離装置であって、
前記血液サンプルを受け入れるように構成された入口ポートと、
前記入口ポートに接続されかつ空気透過性血液バリアを含む通気口を有する隔離チャンバであって、前記血液サンプルの最初の量を受け入れかつ前記血液サンプルの最初の量の少なくとも最初の部分を隔離するように構成された隔離チャンバと、
前記入口ポートに接続された近位端を有し、前記血液サンプルの後続の部分を受け入れるように構成されたサンプリング流路と
を含み、
前記隔離チャンバ、前記サンプリング流路及び前記入口ポートは、前記血液サンプルの後続の部分が前記隔離チャンバ及び前記隔離チャンバ内に隔離された前記血液サンプルの最初の部分を迂回することを可能にしかつ前記血液サンプルの後続の部分を前記サンプリング流路の遠位端に接続された出口ポートに向かわせるように構成され、前記出口ポートは、前記血液サンプルの後続の部分を前記真空採血管に排出するように構成され、

を含む採血システムと、
前記患者針と前記サンプル針との間に前記採血経路に沿って接続された血液隔離装置であって、
前記血液サンプルを受け入れるように構成された入口ポートと、
前記入口ポート及び前記採血システムのサンプル針に接続された出口ポートと、
前記入口ポートに接続されかつ空気透過性血液バリアを含む通気口を有する隔離チャンバであって、前記血液サンプルの最初の量を受け入れかつ前記血液サンプルの最初の量の少なくとも最初の部分を隔離するように構成された隔離チャンバと、
前記入口ポートに接続された近位端を有し、前記血液サンプルの後続の部分を受け入れるように構成されたサンプリング流路と
を含み、
前記隔離チャンバ、前記サンプリング流路及び前記入口ポートは、前記血液サンプルの後続の部分が前記隔離チャンバ及び前記隔離チャンバ内に隔離された前記血液サンプルの最初の部分を迂回することを可能にしかつ前記血液サンプルの後続の部分を前記サンプリング流路の遠位端に接続された前記出口ポートに向かわせるように構成され、
前記入口ポート、前記出口ポート、前記隔離チャンバ及び前記サンプリング流路を収容しかつ画定するハウジングをさらに含む、血液隔離装置と
を含む、血液サンプル最適化システム。 - 前記血液隔離装置の前記隔離チャンバは周囲空気圧であり、前記隔離チャンバは患者の血圧が前記隔離チャンバ内の周囲空気圧に打ち勝つことによって前記血液サンプルの最初の部分を受け入れる、請求項11に記載の血液サンプル最適化システム。
- 前記サンプル針は、前記採血経路を介した前記患者針へのアクセスを開くために前記真空採血管によって穿孔されるシールを含む、請求項11に記載の血液サンプル最適化システム。
- 前記血液隔離装置の前記空気透過性血液バリアは、血液と接触すると密封する空気透過性材料を含む、請求項11に記載の血液サンプル最適化システム。
