Description

- 圧力制限弁(10)であって、
弁ハウジング(12)と、
弁ピストン(18)と、
限界圧力調整ばね(28)と、
安全弁体(32)と、
を備え、
前記弁ハウジング(12)内には、少なくとも1つの弁入口(14)と、少なくとも1つの弁出口(16)とが設けられており、
前記弁ピストン(18)は、前記弁入口(14)と前記弁出口(16)とが互いに接続されている開放位置(B)と、前記弁入口(14)と前記弁出口(16)とが互いに遮断されている少なくとも1つの閉鎖位置(D)とを占めることができ、
前記弁ピストン(18)は、シール面(40)を有する第1のピストンリング(20)と、第2のピストンリング(22)とを有し、
前記閉鎖位置(D)で前記第1のピストンリング(20)の前記シール面(40)は、前記第1のピストンリング(20)と前記第2のピストンリング(22)とに作用していて前記限界圧力調整ばね(28)の力とは反対方向に方向付けられた空気圧の力により、シールするようにハウジング付設部(24)に対して引いて閉じられており、
さらに前記弁ピストン(18)内には、安全弁機能を実現する空気圧の通路(26)が存在しており、前記空気圧の通路(26)は、前記第2のピストンリング(22)の、前記弁出口(16)とは反対側に配置されるばね付勢された前記安全弁体(32)により閉鎖可能であり、
少なくとも前記閉鎖位置(D)で前記安全弁体(32)は、シール面(44)でもって前記第2のピストンリング(22)の弁座に載置され、前記空気圧の通路(26)をこれによりシールするように閉鎖する
圧力制限弁(10)。 - 前記安全弁体(32)は、前記限界圧力調整ばね(28)によりばね付勢されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の圧力制限弁(10)。
- 前記安全弁体(32)は、ガイド(34)を有し、前記ガイド(34)は、閉鎖ポジションにおいて前記第2のピストンリング(22)の空所(38)内で案内されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2記載の圧力制限弁(10)。
- 前記圧力制限弁が前記閉鎖位置(D)に切り換わる限界圧力は、前記限界圧力調整ばね(28)および調整要素(46)により調整可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の圧力制限弁(10)。
- 前記調整要素(46)により前記限界圧力調整ばね(28)のプリロードが調整可能であることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の圧力制限弁(10)。
- 前記安全弁体(32)が前記空気圧の通路(26)を開放する限界圧力は、前記限界圧力調整ばね(28)および調整要素(46)により調整可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の圧力制限弁(10)。
- 前記空気圧の通路(26)は、前記弁ピストン(18)を貫く貫通孔により形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の圧力制限弁(10)。
