Claims (12)
- ガスタービン(10)用の燃焼器(50)であって、前記燃焼器(50)が、軸線方向(A)と前方端部(61)とを規定しており、
前記燃焼器(50)の前記前方端部(61)から延びる燃料ノズル(62)であって、前記燃焼器(50)の高温ガス路内の主燃焼区域(82)に燃料を噴射する燃料ノズル(62)と、
前記燃焼器(50)を前記ガスタービン(10)のケーシング(52、54)に装着するための装着リング(92)であって、前記燃焼器(50)の前記前方端部(61)の後方に配置され、貫通孔(96)を画定する、装着リング(92)と、
前記軸線方向(A)において前記装着リング(92)の後方に配置され、前記主燃焼区域(82)の下流の前記燃焼器(50)の高温ガス路(70)内の副燃焼区域(88)に燃料(20)を噴射するための噴射器(84)と、
前記噴射器(84)から前記装着リング(92)に向けて延びる燃料管(130)と、
前記燃料管(130)が前記装着リング(92)に対して移動可能となるように前記燃料管(130)を前記装着リング(92)に移動可能に取り付けて、前記軸線方向(A)に沿う前記燃料管(130)の熱膨張または収縮を吸収する取付けアセンブリ(101)と、
を備え、
前記取付けアセンブリ(101)は、前記燃料管(130)から隔離されたアセンブリであり、
前記取付けアセンブリ(101)が、蛇腹アセンブリ(116)と燃料管フランジ(104)と管取付具(128)とを備え、
前記蛇腹アセンブリ(116)が、前記軸線方向(A)に沿った可変の長さを画定し、第1の端部(118)から第2の端部(120)まで延び、
前記蛇腹アセンブリ(116)が、前記燃料管フランジ(104)を用いて前記第1の端部(118)で前記装着リング(92)に取り付けられ、
前記管取付具(128)を用いて第2の端部(120)で前記燃料管(130)に取り付けられ、
前記管取付具(128)が、前記装着リング(92)の前記貫通孔(96)を通って延びる、燃焼器(50)。 - 前記燃料管(130)が、前記噴射器(84)から、前記装着リング(92)によって画定された前記貫通孔(96)まで連続して延びる、請求項1に記載の燃焼器(50)。
- 前記燃料管(130)が、前記噴射器(84)から、前記装着リング(92)によって画定された前記貫通孔(96)を通って連続して延びる、請求項2に記載の燃焼器(50)。
- 前記燃焼器(50)が、前記燃焼器(50)の前記前方端部(61)の位置に配置された端部カバー(60)と、前記端部カバー(60)に連結された前方ケーシング(56)とを備え、
前記装着リング(92)は、前面と後面を画定し、
前記装着リング(92)は、前記前面において前記燃焼器(50)の前記前方ケーシング(56)に取り付けられ、前記後面において前記ガスタービン(10)の外側ケーシング(52)に取り付けられる、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の燃焼器(50)。 - 前記装着リング(92)が、前記燃焼器(50)を直接前記ガスタービン(10)の圧縮器排出ケーシング(54)に装着する、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の燃焼器(50)。
- 前記燃焼器(50)が燃焼ライナ(66)を備え、前記噴射器(84)が、前記燃焼ライナ(66)を通って少なくとも部分的に延びる遅延希薄噴射器である、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の燃焼器(50)。
- 前記取付けアセンブリ(101)が、前記装着リング(92)と前記燃料管(130)とに直接取り付けられる、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の燃焼器(50)。
- ガスタービン(10)であって、
圧縮器部分(16)と、
前記圧縮器部分(16)と連通する燃焼器アセンブリ(24)と、
前記燃焼器アセンブリ(24)と連通するタービン部分(28)であり、前記燃焼器アセンブリ(24)が燃焼器(50)を備え、前記燃焼器(50)が、軸線方向(A)と前方端部(61)とを規定しており、
前記燃焼器(50)が、
前記燃焼器(50)の前記前方端部(61)から延びる燃料ノズル(62)であって、前記燃焼器(50)の高温ガス路内の主燃焼区域(82)に燃料を噴射する燃料ノズル(62)と、
前記燃焼器(50)を前記ガスタービン(10)のケーシング(52、54)に装着するための装着リング(92)であって、前記燃焼器(50)の前記前方端部(61)の後方に配置され、貫通孔(96)を画定する、装着リング(92)と、
前記軸線方向(A)において前記装着リング(92)の後方に配置され、前記主燃焼区域(82)の下流の前記燃焼器(50)の高温ガス路(70)内の副燃焼区域(88)に燃料(20)を噴射するための噴射器(84)と、
前記噴射器(84)から前記装着リング(92)に向けて延びる燃料管(130)と、
前記燃料管(130)が前記装着リング(92)に対して移動可能となるように前記燃料管(130)を前記装着リング(92)に移動可能に取り付けて、前記軸線方向(A)に沿う前記燃料管(130)の熱膨張または収縮を吸収する取付けアセンブリ(101)と、
を備え、
前記取付けアセンブリ(101)は、前記燃料管(130)から隔離されたアセンブリであり、
前記取付けアセンブリ(101)が、蛇腹アセンブリ(116)と燃料管フランジ(104)と管取付具(128)とを備え、
前記蛇腹アセンブリ(116)が、前記軸線方向(A)に沿った可変の長さを画定し、第1の端部(118)から第2の端部(120)まで延び、
前記蛇腹アセンブリ(116)が、前記燃料管フランジ(104)を用いて前記第1の端部(118)で前記装着リング(92)に取り付けられ、
前記管取付具(128)を用いて第2の端部(120)で前記燃料管(130)に取り付けられ、
前記管取付具(128)が、前記装着リング(92)の前記貫通孔(96)を通って延びる、ガスタービン(10)。 - 前記燃料管(130)が、前記噴射器(84)から、前記装着リング(92)によって画定された前記貫通孔(96)まで連続して延びる、請求項8に記載のガスタービン(10)。
- 前記燃料管(130)が、前記噴射器(84)から、前記装着リング(92)によって画定された前記貫通孔(96)を通って連続して延びる、請求項9に記載のガスタービン(10)。
- 前記装着リング(92)が、前記燃焼器(50)の前方ケーシング(56)に取り付けられ、または前記前方ケーシング(56)と一体に作られる、請求項8または9に記載のガスタービン(10)。
- 前記ガスタービン(10)に進入する作用流体(14)を浄化するフィルタを含む入口セクション(12)と、
前記燃焼器(50)からの燃焼ガス(26)を受け取りシャフト(30)を回転させるタービン(28)と、
前記シャフト(30)に接続され、電気を生成する発電機(32)と、
前記タービン(28)からの排気ガス(34)から追加の熱を抽出する熱回収蒸気発生器と、
を備える、請求項8乃至11のいずれかに記載のガスタービン(10)。
