Claims (12)
- ガスタービンの燃焼器用の燃焼モジュールであって、
a.燃焼モジュールの上流端に配設される環状燃料分配マニホールドであって、環状支持スリーブを含む、環状燃料分配マニホールドと、
b.前記燃料分配マニホールドから下流に延在し、後方フレームで終端する環状燃焼ライナ、および、前記燃焼ライナを円周方向に囲む環状流れスリーブを有する燃料噴射組立体とを備え、前記燃焼ライナは、
i.後方端から軸方向に分離された前方端および前記前方端と前記後方端との間で画定される移行交差部を有する環状主要本体であって、前記前方端から前記後方端まで連続して延在する、環状主要本体と、
ii.前記移行交差部から上流に前記流れスリーブおよび前記主要本体を通して半径方向に延在する複数の燃料噴射器通路と、
iii.前記燃料噴射器通路を通って半径方向に延在する複数の燃料噴射器であって、前記燃料分配マニホールドに流体連通する、複数の燃料噴射器と、
を備え、
iv.前記主要本体は、前記前方端と前記移行交差部との間に延在する円錐セクションおよび前記移行交差部から前記主要本体の前記後方端まで延在する非円形断面を有する移行セクションを備える燃焼モジュール。 - 前記燃焼ライナの前記主要本体の前記前方端に配設される環状フランジをさらに備え、前記フランジは内側係合表面を画定する請求項1記載の燃焼モジュール。
- 前記移行セクションの少なくとも一部分は、全体的に長方形の断面を有する請求項1または2に記載の燃焼モジュール。
- 燃焼ライナの前記主要本体は、単一構成要素として鋳造される請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の燃焼モジュール。
- 前記円錐セクションおよび前記移行セクションは、前記移行交差部で互いに接合される請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の燃焼モジュール。
- 前記燃焼ライナの前記主要本体は、前記主要本体の外側表面から半径方向に外側に延在する複数の冷却特徴部をさらに備える請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の燃焼モジュール。
- ガスタービンであって、
a.圧縮機、前記圧縮機から下流に配設される圧縮機吐出ケーシング、および前記圧縮機吐出ケーシングから下流に配設されるタービンと、
b.前記圧縮機吐出ケーシングを通して延在する燃焼器であって、前記燃焼器は、環状カップ組立体を通して軸方向に延在する燃料ノズルおよび前記圧縮機吐出ケーシングを通して延在する燃焼モジュールを有し、前記燃焼モジュールは、前記燃焼モジュールの上流端に配設される環状燃料分配マニホールド、ならびに、前記カップ組立体から下流に延在し、後方フレームで終端する燃焼ライナ、および、前記燃焼ライナを円周方向に囲む環状流れスリーブを有する燃料噴射組立体を有する、燃焼器とを備え、前記燃焼ライナは、
i.後方端から軸方向に分離された前方端および前記前方端と前記後方端との間で画定される移行交差部を有する環状主要本体であって、前記前方端から前記後方端まで連続して延在する、環状主要本体と、
ii.前記移行交差部から上流に前記主要本体を通して半径方向に延在する複数の燃料噴射器通路と、
iii.前記燃料噴射器通路を通って半径方向に延在する複数の燃料噴射器であって、前記燃料分配マニホールドに流体連通する、複数の燃料噴射器と、
を備え、
iv.前記主要本体は、前記前方端と前記移行交差部との間に延在する円形断面を有する円錐セクションおよび前記移行交差部から前記主要本体の前記後方端まで延在する非円形断面を有する移行セクションを備えるガスタービン。 - 前記燃焼ライナの前記主要本体は、前記主要本体の前記後方端に配設される環状フランジをさらに備え、前記フランジは内側係合表面を画定する請求項7に記載のガスタービン。
- 前記移行セクションの少なくとも一部分は、全体的に長方形の断面を有する請求項7または8に記載のガスタービン。
- 前記燃焼ライナの前記主要本体は、単一構成要素として鋳造される請求項7乃至9のいずれかに記載のガスタービン。
- 前記円錐セクションおよび前記移行セクションは、前記移行交差部で互いに接合される請求項7乃至10のいずれかに記載のガスタービン。
- 前記燃焼ライナの前記主要本体は、外側表面および前記外側表面から半径方向に外側に延在する複数の冷却特徴部をさらに備える請求項7乃至11のいずれかに記載のガスタービン。
