Description
Claims (7)
- 圧縮空気が流入する第1の流入口と、
前記第1の流入口から流入した圧縮空気を乾燥する第1の乾燥剤が充填された第1の乾燥筒と、
前記第1の乾燥筒から圧縮空気が流出する第1の流出口と、
前記第1の流出口から流出した圧縮空気が流入する第2の流入口と、
前記第2の流出口から流入した圧縮空気を乾燥する第2の乾燥剤が充填された第2の乾燥筒と、
前記第2の乾燥筒から圧縮空気が流出する第2の流出口と、が収容されるドライヤケースを備えるドライヤ装置であって、
前記第1の乾燥剤は、前記第2の乾燥剤と比較して圧縮空気が高温のときの水分吸着性能が高いことを特徴とするドライヤ装置。 - 請求項1に記載のドライヤ装置において、
前記第2の乾燥筒は、前記ドライヤケースの一部を成して、前記第1の乾燥筒の外周側を全周覆うように設けられ、
前記第2の流入口と前記第2の流出口との間には、前記第1の乾燥剤と前記第2の乾燥剤とを区画する仕切り部材が設けられていることを特徴とするドライヤ装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載のドライヤ装置において、
前記第1の乾燥筒の容積と比較して、前記第2の乾燥筒の容積のほうが大きいことを特徴とするドライヤ装置。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のドライヤ装置において、
前記第1の流出口と比較して前記第2の流出口は小さいことを特徴とするドライヤ装置。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のドライヤ装置において、
前記第1の乾燥筒と前記第2の乾燥筒とは、並んで配置され、
前記第1の流入口と前記第2の流出口とは、軸方向一端に位置し、
前記第1の流出口と前記第2の流入口とは、軸方向他端に位置することを特徴とするドライヤ装置。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のドライヤ装置を備えたエアサスペンションシステムであって、
車体と車軸との間に介装され空気の給排に応じて車高調整を行うエアサスペンションと、
空気を圧縮するコンプレッサと、
前記コンプレッサの吐出側に設けられる前記ドライヤ装置と、を有するエアサスペンションシステム。 - 請求項6に記載のエアサスペンションシステムにおいて、
前記エアサスペンションから排出された空気を貯留するタンクを設けることを特徴とするエアサスペンションシステム。
