Claims (7)
- 電線と、前記電線を覆うシールド部材としての編組線と、前記編組線の止水箇所を覆う止水部材と、を備え、
前記編組線の止水箇所を止水用充填材付きの熱収縮チューブで覆うように配設し、
前記熱収縮チューブの熱収縮で前記編組線側に押し込まれた前記止水用充填材を、前記止水箇所の全域の前記編組線の複数の素線間の隙間及び前記電線と前記編組線との隙間にそれぞれ充填してなり、かつ、前記熱収縮チューブと前記止水部材とを隙間なく密着してなることを特徴とするシールド電線の止水構造。 - 請求項1記載のシールド電線の止水構造であって、
前記電線を複数本配設し、前記複数本の電線を前記編組線で一緒に覆ってなる前記複数本の電線同士間の隙間にも前記止水用充填材を充填してなることを特徴とするシールド電線の止水構造。 - 請求項1または2記載のシールド電線の止水構造であって、
前記編組線は、該編組線の外側を絶縁性のシースで覆わないシースレス構造であることを特徴とするシールド電線の止水構造。 - 請求項2項に記載のシールド電線の止水構造であって、
前記複数本の電線同士間の隙間に前記編組線の広げられた素線間の隙間より浸透する前記止水用充填材を充填してなることを特徴とするシールド電線の止水構造。 - 請求項2項に記載のシールド電線の止水構造であって、
前記複数本の電線同士間の隙間に前記止水用充填材としての棒状の熱可塑性樹脂を充填してなることを特徴とするシールド電線の止水構造。 - 電線と、前記電線を覆うシールド部材としての編組線と、を備えたシールド電線の止水箇所を止水部材で覆う際に、
まず、前記シールド電線の止水箇所の前記編組線を止水用充填材付きの熱収縮チューブで覆い、
次に、前記熱収縮チューブを加熱することで収縮させて前記編組線側に前記止水用充填材を押し込むことにより、止水箇所の全域の前記編組線の複数の素線間の隙間及び前記電線と前記編組線との隙間に前記止水用充填材をそれぞれ充填し、かつ、前記止水用充填材で充填した止水箇所の前記熱収縮チューブを前記止水部材で隙間なく密着することを特徴とするシールド電線の止水方法。 - 請求項6項に記載のシールド電線の止水方法であって、
前記電線を複数本配置し、前記複数本の電線を前記編組線で一緒に覆い、前記複数本の電線同士間の隙間に、前記編組線の広げられた素線間の隙間より浸透した前記止水用充填材を充填することを特徴とするシールド電線の止水方法。
