Claims (4)
- 切削機の回生振動を低減する方法であって、前記方法では、
ワークピース(1)が、工具ヘッド(2)の一方の端部に配置された切削工具(3,3a,3b,3c)を備える前記工具ヘッド(2)に対して相対的に回転し、
前記工具ヘッド(2)は、長手軸を中心に回転し、少なくとも1つの切削工具(3,3a,3b,3c)によって前記ワークピース(1)の壁を加工処理し、
前記工具ヘッド(2)は、加工処理の間、振動が励振され、
前記振動によって緩い付加質量(mz)が運動され、
前記緩い付加質量(m z )は、リング状の構造であり、第1の位置では前記工具ヘッド(2)にランダムに接触し、または第2の位置では工具ヘッド(2)に接触及び接続せず、
これにより前記工具ヘッド(2)の全体質量は、付加質量(mz)の分だけランダムに変化し、前記質量変化によって前記工具ヘッド(2)の振動特性が変化し、これにより回生振動に対抗作用され、
さらに前記方法では、前記工具ヘッド(2)をスピンドルに交換可能に装着することのできる収容部(51)が、前記工具ヘッド(2)の前記一方の端部に対向する他方の端部に配置され、
前記工具ヘッド(2)の壁が所定の半径(r1)を備える外壁(71)として構成され、前記緩い付加質量(mz)の対応の壁は、前記半径(r1)より大きい対応の半径(r2)を備える対応の内壁(72)として構成される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の切削機の回生振動を低減する方法を実施する切削機であって、
前記ワークピース(1)の壁を加工処理するために前記工具ヘッド(2)の一方の端部に配置された少なくとも1つの切削工具(3,3a,3b,3c)を備え、長手軸を中心に回転する前記工具ヘッド(2)と、
前記工具ヘッド(2)に対してランダムに異なる位置を有することのできる前記緩い付加質量(mz)と、を有する切削機であって、
前記緩い付加質量(m z )はリング状の構造であり、前記工具ヘッド(2)に前記第1の位置で接触し、前記第2の位置では前記工具ヘッド(2)との接触及び接続を有しておらず、
前記工具ヘッド(2)は、前記第1の位置では第1の振動特性を、前記第2の位置では第2の振動特性を有し、
さらに前記工具ヘッド(2)の前記一方の端部に対向する他方の端部にある前記収容部(51)を有し、前記収容部(51)により前記工具ヘッド(2)はスピンドルに交換可能に装着することができ、
前記工具ヘッド(2)の壁は、所定の半径(r1)を備える外壁(71)として構成されており、前記緩い付加質量(mz)の対応の壁は、前記半径(r1)より大きい対応の半径(r2)を備える前記対応の内壁(72)として構成されている、
ことを特徴とする切削機。 - 前記工具ヘッド(2)は、運転中に長手軸を中心に回転する外壁(71)を有し、前記緩い付加質量(mz)は、回転する対応の内壁(72)を有しており、
前記対応の内壁(72)は、前記第2の位置においてはその全伸長部に沿って前記回転する外壁(71)から離間している、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の切削機。 - 前記外壁(71)がシリンダ形に成形されており、前記対応の内壁(72)も同様にシリンダ形に成形されている、ことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の切削機。
