Claims (10)
- 試験の方法であって、
サンプルを透明なサンプルホルダに挿入するステップと;

前記サンプルがカメラモジュールの視野の中に位置決めされるように、前記光アダプタを携帯型計算装置をまたいで取り付けるステップと、
ここにおいて前記携帯型計算装置は、出口開口部を経由して照明のビームを放射する光源と、入口開口部を経由して画像を獲得する前記カメラモジュールと、を有し、
前記携帯型計算装置は第1面と第2面を有し、そして前記出口開口部と前記入口開口部は共に前記携帯型計算装置の前記第2面経由で開口し、そして前記光源は前記ビームを前記携帯型計算装置の前記第2面から離れる方向に向け、そして
前記光アダプタは照明光学系を有し、前記照明光学系は1対の反射面を有し、前記反射面のそれぞれは前記ビームを90°方向を変え、それにより前記照明光学系は、前記光源により放射された前記ビームを受け取りそして方向を変え、それにより前記サンプルを背面照明するように構成され;
前記光源により放射され、そして前記照明光学系により方向を変えられた前記ビームで前記サンプルを背面照明しながら、前記カメラモジュールを使用して前記光アダプタ内の前記サンプルの画像を獲得するステップと;そして
前記サンプルの評価を計算し出力するため、獲得された前記画像を前記携帯型計算装置内で分析するステップと;
を有することを特徴とする試験の方法。 - 前記画像を獲得するステップは、前記光アダプタ内に搭載された1つのレンズを前記サンプルと前記カメラモジュールの前記入口開口部との間の位置に適用し、それにより前記サンプルの前記画像を前記カメラモジュールの焦点範囲内に形成するステップを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記レンズを適用するステップは、画像を拡大するステップを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記サンプルは液体であり、そして前記サンプルホルダはスライドを有し、前記スライドは、前記サンプルを収容するための前記スライド内に形成された1つの窪みと、そして前記窪みをまたいで取り付けられるカバースリップを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1−3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記カバースリップは、サンプル室を画定するために前記窪みをまたいで前記スライドに取り付けられ、一方で前記窪みの充填エリアをカバーされずに残し、そして前記サンプルを挿入するステップは、前記サンプルを前記充填エリアに置き、それにより前記液体が毛細管作用により前記サンプル室に引き込まれる、ステップを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記携帯型計算装置がスマートフォンである、ことを特徴とする請求項1−3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記獲得された画像を分析するステップは、前記スマートフォン内のプロセッサ上で走るアプリケーションソフトウェアを使用して、前記獲得された画像を処理するステップを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記サンプルは精液を含み、そして前記獲得された画像を分析するステップは、前記精液内の精子の運動特性を評価するステップを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1−3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記運動特性を評価するステップは運動精子濃度を計算するステップを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記携帯型計算装置は、前記携帯型計算装置の前記第1面の上に1つの表示画面を有し、前記獲得された画像を分析するステップは、前記サンプルの評価を前記携帯型計算装置の前記表示画面に提示するステップを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1−3のいずれかに記載の方法。
