Abstract
本發明提供一種與行動裝置結合的可攜式螢光檢測儀,主要包含其本體、聚焦鏡模組、光源模組、樣品盤、影像擷取模組,其中影像擷取模組可為行動裝置之鏡頭,本體拆卸為多個部分做為螢光檢測儀之支架。當本發明之一種與行動裝置結合的可攜式螢光檢測儀進行檢測時,將樣品盤置於對應聚焦鏡模組之位置,再利用光源模組提供之光源波段,影像擷取模組搭配聚焦鏡模組擷取樣品之影像圖片後,將樣品之影像圖片進行RGB光譜分析或即時影像RGB光譜分析。
Description
本發明係為一螢光檢測儀,特別為一種可與行動裝置結合,利用行動裝置作為影像擷取模組的可攜式螢光檢測儀。
為達到即時監測及掌握高危險族群或患者之身體狀況,螢光檢測儀近年來已成為臨床作業中普遍使用的檢測醫療器材之一。,但相對於居家照護、戶外環境或外出攜帶而言,現有的螢光檢測儀除了需技術人員操作外,其體積依然過於龐大及占空間,因此一體積微小、攜帶方便、快速及準確量測的螢光測定儀為各方努力研究之課題。
有鑑於上述習知技藝之問題,本發明提供一種與行動裝置結合的可攜式螢光檢測儀,具有體積微小、攜帶方便、快速及準確量測之特徵。
本發明提供一種與行動裝置結合的可攜式螢光檢測儀,其中本體係包含第一主體、第二主體、聚焦鏡模組、樣品盤滑道、樣品盤、光源模組、第一容置空間。其中第一主體設有一通孔,此通孔由第
一主體之一側穿透至另一側,聚焦鏡模組係設於通孔內,第一主體之另一側設有第一容置空間及樣品盤滑道,其中第一容置空間係設於第一主體之另一側及樣品盤滑道之間,光源模組係設於第一容置空間內。樣品盤則可由第一主體之邊緣上的樣品盤滑道口置入第一容置空間內,並定位於通孔與樣品盤滑道之間。
本發明更進一步包含一影像擷取模組,此影像擷取模組係為行動裝置之相機、數位相機或顯微鏡,其中影像擷取模組係設於第一主體之一側,並透過通孔與聚焦鏡模組擷取第一主體之另一側之樣品盤的影像。其中該影像擷取模組之一鏡頭與該光源模組成一斜角。
其中第二主體之一側係為一平面,而另一側係設有一第二容置空間。第一主體之另一側係可與第二主體之另一側連接,並於連接處對應設置複數個結合部,此結合部係為磁鐵或卡扣。當第一主體與第二主體結合成為一立方體時,樣品盤則可容置於第二容置空間內。
其中第二主體更進一步可分解為一第一支撐塊體及一第二支撐塊體,其中第一支撐塊體及第二支撐塊體於連接處對應設置複數個支撐結合部,其中支撐結合部係為磁鐵或卡扣。當進行螢光檢測時,第一支撐塊體及第二支撐塊體可置於行動裝置之相機、數位相機或顯微鏡之任一處,作為支撐平衡影像擷取模組之用途。
其中光源模組係以內含電池,提供光源模組發光之電力,且光源模組係為可依據不同樣品而切換不同的發光波段的LED。
上列詳細說明係針對本發明之一可行實施例之具體說明,惟該實施例並非用以限制本發明之專利範圍,凡未脫離本發明技藝精
神所為之等效實施或變更,均應包含於本案之專利範圍中。
綜上所述,本案不但在空間型態上確屬創新,並能較習用物品增進上述多項功效,應已充分符合新穎性及進步性之法定發明專利要件,爰依法提出申請,懇請 貴局核准本件發明專利申請案,以勵發明,至感德便。

請參閱圖1至圖3,如圖所示,為一種與行動裝置結合的可攜式螢光檢測儀之示意圖,其中本體100係包含第一主體110、第二主體120、聚焦鏡模組130、第一容置空間140、樣品盤滑道150、光源模組160、第二容置空間170、結合部180。其中第一主體110設有一通孔111,通孔111由第一主體110之一側穿透至另一側,聚焦鏡模組130係設於通孔111內。如圖2所示,第一主體110之另一側設有第一容置空間140及樣品盤滑道150,其中,第一容置空間140係設於第一主體110之另一側及樣品盤滑道150之間,而第一主體110對應樣品盤滑道150之一邊上設有一樣品盤滑道口151,光源模組160係設於第一容置空間140內,其中光源模組160係以內含電池,提供光源模組160發光之電力,且光源模組160係為可依據不同樣品而切換不同的發光波段的LED。如圖3所示,其中第二主體120之一側係為一平面,而另一側係設有第二容置空間170。第一主體110與第二主體120於連接處對應設置複數個結合部180,此結合部180係為磁鐵或卡扣。
如圖4所示,第二主體120更進一步可分解為一第一支撐塊體121及一第二支撐塊體122,其中第一支撐塊體121及第二支撐塊
體122於連接處對應設置複數個支撐結合部123,其中支撐結合部123係為磁鐵或卡扣。當進行螢光檢測時,第一支撐塊體121及第二支撐塊體122可置於行動裝置之相機、數位相機或顯微鏡之任一處,作為支撐平衡之用途。
請參閱圖5至圖6,如圖所示,本發明更進一步包含一影像擷取模組190設於第一主體110之一側,且影像擷取模組190之鏡頭與光源模組160成一斜角,此影像擷取模組190係為行動裝置之相機、數位相機或顯微鏡,其中影像擷取模組190並透過通孔111與聚焦鏡模組130擷取第一主體110之另一側之樣品盤200的影像。樣品盤200則可由第一主體110之樣品盤滑道口151置入第一容置空間140內,並定位於通孔111與樣品盤滑道150之間。
請參閱圖7,如圖所示,如當本發明之一種與行動裝置結合的可攜式螢光檢測儀進行檢測時,將樣品盤200置於對應聚焦鏡模組130、通孔111以及影像擷取模組190之位置,再利用光源模組160提供之光源波段,待影像擷取模組190擷取樣品之影像圖片後,將樣品之影像圖片進行RGB光譜分析或即時影像RGB光譜分析。其中同時利用第一支撐塊體121及第二支撐塊體122置於行動裝置之支點以平衡穩定影像擷取模組190之影像的擷取。
此外,當第一主體110與與第二主體120結合成為一立方體時,樣品盤200則可容置於第二容置空間170內,方便使用者收納及攜帶。
綜上所述,本發明不僅於技術思想上確屬創新,並具備
習用之傳統方法所不及之上述多項功效,已充分符合新穎性及進步性之法定發明專利要件,爰依法提出申請,懇請 貴局核准本件發明專利申請案,以勵發明,至感德便。
Claims (9)
- 一種與行動裝置結合的可攜式螢光檢測儀,包含:一本體,該本體係包含第一主體及一第二主體,其中該第一主體更包含:一通孔,該通孔由該第一主體之一側穿透至該第一主體之另一側;一聚焦鏡模組,該聚焦鏡模組係設於該通孔內;一樣品盤滑道,該樣品盤滑道係設於該第一主體之另一側,並於該第一主體之一邊緣對應設有一樣品盤滑道口;一第一容置空間,該第一容置空間係設於該第一主體之另一側及該樣品盤滑道之間;一光源模組,該光源模組係設於該第一容置空間內;其中該第二主體更包含一第一支撐塊體及一第二支撐塊體,其中該第一支撐塊體及該第二支撐塊體連結,並於連接處對應設置複數個支撐結合部。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之與行動裝置結合的可攜式螢光檢測儀,其中更進一步包含一樣品盤,該樣品盤係由該第一主體之一邊緣通過該樣品盤滑道口後,設於該第一容置空間內以及設於該通孔與該樣品盤滑道之間。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之與行動裝置結合的可攜式螢光檢測儀,其中更進一步包含一影像擷取模組,該影像擷取模組係設於該第一主體之一側,並透過該通孔與該聚焦鏡模組擷取該第一主體之另一側之影像。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之與行動裝置結合的可攜式螢光檢測儀,其中該影像擷取模組之一鏡頭與該光源模組成一斜角。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之與行動裝置結合的可攜式螢光檢測儀,其中該影像擷取模組係設於行動裝置、數位相機或顯微鏡。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之與行動裝置結合的可攜式螢光檢測儀,其中該第二主體之一側係為一平面,該第二主體之另一側係設有一第二容置空間。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之與行動裝置結合的可攜式螢光檢測儀,其中該第一主體之另一側係與該第二主體之另一側連接,並於連接處對應設置複數個結合部。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之與行動裝置結合的可攜式螢光檢測儀,其中該結合部係為磁鐵或卡扣。
