Claims (1)
- プラズマリアクタに印加される電圧を発生するプラズマリアクタ用電源装置であって、
直流電源と、
フライバック型昇圧トランスと、
前記直流電源から前記フライバック型昇圧トランスの一次コイルへの通電/遮断を切り替えるためにオン/オフされるスイッチング素子と、
前記スイッチング素子と並列に接続されたスナバコンデンサと、
前記スナバコンデンサの両端間の電圧を分圧する分圧回路と、
前記分圧回路による分圧値が所定値を超えた場合に、前記スイッチング素子をオフにして、前記直流電源から前記フライバック型昇圧トランスの一次コイルへの通電を遮断する通電遮断手段と、
第2のスイッチング素子と抵抗との直列回路により構成され、前記分圧値が前記所定値を超えた場合に前記第2のスイッチング素子のオンにより、前記スナバコンデンサに蓄積されるエネルギを消費するエネルギ消費回路とを含む、プラズマリアクタ用電源装置。
