図1は本発明の実施の形態1に係る同期電動機の斜視図、図2は図1に示す永久磁石の斜視図、図3は図1に示す同期電動機の側面図である。
図6は本発明の実施の形態2に係る同期電動機の部分拡大図、図7は図6に示す溝の形状を変形した例を示す図、図8は固定子鉄心のスロット開口部付近の磁束密度分布を磁界解析により求めた図である。
Claims (3)
- 固定子鉄心と、
前記固定子鉄心の内径側に配置される回転子と、
前記回転子の中心に設けられる回転軸と、
前記回転子の外周部に配置され、極異方性配向を有する円筒状の永久磁石と、
を備え、
前記永久磁石の軸方向の長さは、前記固定子鉄心の軸方向の長さよりも長く、
前記固定子鉄心は、環状のヨークと、前記ヨークの内径側において回転方向に一定間隔で配置され前記ヨークから前記ヨークの中心方向に伸びる複数のティースとを備え、
前記永久磁石の外周面には、前記ティースの一方の軸方向端面から、前記ティースの一方の軸方向端面側に存在する前記永久磁石の一方の軸方向端面側に一定の距離隔てた位置から、前記永久磁石の他方の軸方向端面までの間のみに、前記永久磁石の回転方向において一定間隔で形成され軸方向に伸びる複数の溝が形成され、
前記複数の溝は、それぞれ前記永久磁石の磁極間に形成され、
前記回転軸が伸びる方向と直交する方向から前記固定子鉄心及び前記永久磁石を見て、前記固定子鉄心から前記溝の底面までの最短距離を第1の距離とし、
前記永久磁石の一方の軸端側面と前記溝の一方の軸方向端面との交線である境界部と、前記固定子鉄心の軸端側面を前記回転子側に延ばした面との間の最短距離を第2の距離とし、
前記第2の距離は前記第1の距離よりも狭い同期電動機。 - 前記ティースの一方の軸方向端面から前記永久磁石の一方の軸方向端面側に一定の距離隔てた位置までの距離は、前記ティースの先端部の回転子対向面から前記溝の底面までの径方向幅の2分の1に相当する距離である請求項1に記載の同期電動機。
- 前記永久磁石の前記溝は、前記ティースの一方の軸方向端面から前記永久磁石の一方の軸方向端面側に一定の距離隔てた位置から、前記永久磁石の他方の軸方向端面に向かって深さが徐々に大きくなる形状であり、
前記溝の底面が円弧状に形成されている請求項2に記載の同期電動機。
