Claims (7)
- タイヤトレッドのブロックに形成されたカーフの下部には、カーフ入口部の幅より広い管状の流路管部が形成され、
前記カーフ入口部と前記流路管部とは連結孔帯で連結され、
前記カーフ入口部は、前記トレッドブロックのタイヤ円周方向に沿ってジグザグウェーブを成して形成され、
前記ジグザグウェーブは、ブロックの深さ方向に沿っていきながら振幅が小さくなるよう形成され、
前記ジグザグウェーブの一部には、前記連結孔帯の幅より大幅(又は直径)にタイヤ表面でカーフ周辺の水を吸い込む水柱部が形成され、
前記水柱部が形成された頂点は前記ジグザグウェーブの中心線(C)の位置に形成されることを特徴とするタイヤの立体型トレッドカーフ。 - 前記連結孔帯の幅は0.4〜2mmで、前記ジグザグウェーブの振幅は20mm以下のものを特徴とする請求項1記載のタイヤの立体型トレッドカーフ。
- 前記水柱部の幅(又は直径)又は前記流路管部の幅(又は直径)は、前記連結孔帯の幅の1.2倍以上に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のタイヤの立体型トレッドカーフ。
- 前記水柱部は、円形断面柱や多角形断面柱、或いはスポイト状の柱からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のタイヤの立体型トレッドカーフ。
- 前記流路管部は、円形断面の管や三角形断面の管、或いは菱形断面の管からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のタイヤの立体型トレッドカーフ。
- 前記流路管部の端部には、前記流路管部の内側より直径の大きい直径拡張部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のタイヤの立体型トレッドカーフ。
- 前記流路管部は、ベンチュリメータ状になっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のタイヤの立体型トレッドカーフ。
