Description
図1〜図3に示すように、本実施形態の車両のグリルシャッター制御装置10の説明に先立って、まず車体構造について説明する。なお、図中、矢印Fは車両前方を示し、矢印Lは車両左方を示し、矢印Rは車両右方を示し、矢印Uは車両上方を示すものとする。
トンネル部91は、エンジンルームEの後方において前後方向に延びるように配設された排気系20に沿って車両前後方向に延びている。
ECU11は、プログラムに従って演算等の処理を実行する中央処理装置(CPU)と、RAM及びROM等を有しプログラム及びデータを格納するメモリと、CPUへの電気信号の入出力経路となる入出力バス(I/Oバス)とを備えている。
この走行中グリルシャッター開閉制御処理について図6のフローチャートを参照しながら簡単に説明すると、上述した各種センサによりリアルタイムで読み取ったエンジン水温、アクセル開度、エンジン回転数、車速に基づいて、熱害対象部品の熱害を予測(推定)する(ステップS31)。

Claims (4)
- 断熱性を有してエンジンを覆うカプセル化構造を備え、該カプセル化構造に備えたグリルシャッターの開閉を制御する車両のグリルシャッター制御装置であって、
上記エンジンに関連する関連部品にキーオフ時に熱害が発生するか否かを推定し、熱害非発生を推定した場合に、キーオフ時に上記グリルシャッターを閉める一方で、熱害発生を推定した場合に、キーオフ時に上記グリルシャッターを開ける構成とし、
フロアトンネル下の排気管に電気駆動式の排気シャッターバルブを備えるとともに、上記排気管の下方にトンネルカバーを備える構造であり、
上記カプセル化構造が上記トンネルカバーを含むとともに、上記関連部品が上記排気シャッターバルブを含むものとする
車両のグリルシャッター制御装置。 - 上記トンネルカバーにおける上記排気シャッターバルブの直下部位には貫通開口が設けられ、
底面視で上記貫通開口の周縁と上記排気シャッターバルブとの間には隙間を有する
請求項1に記載の車両のグリルシャッター制御装置。 - 熱害発生を推定した上記の場合、上記関連部品について推定された熱害が解除される熱害解除推定後に上記グリルシャッターを閉じる構成とした
請求項1又は2に記載の車両のグリルシャッター制御装置。 - 車両走行中の上記関連部品の推定温度に基づきキーオフした際の熱害発生を推定し、推定される熱害発生の度合いに応じてキーオフ時の上記グリルシャッターの開期間を設定し、キーオフ時には上記グリルシャッターを上記開期間開き、その後閉じる構成とした
請求項3に記載の車両のグリルシャッター制御装置。
