Claims (4)
- 弁体を開閉するための弁軸を内蔵したバルブ本体の上部に摘み部を有するハンドル本体を回動操作自在に設けたバルブであって、前記バルブ本体の筐体は、円筒形状の円筒形筐体であり、前記円筒形筐体の上端の外周囲側面の一部の当該円筒形筐体の軸心方向と略並行に切欠き形成した切欠き段部面を形成し、この切欠き段部面に施錠穴を有する施錠板材を軸着部を介して回動自在に設け、前記切欠き段部面の下部に設けた段差部を前記施錠板材の全開時又は全閉時の回動係止面とすると共に、前記施錠板材の前記切欠き段部面に対する回動領域は、前記円筒形筐体の直径方向以内の領域に収め、前記施錠板材を前記バルブ本体の全閉時又は全開時の何れかの位置に回動させたときに前記施錠穴を前記円筒形筐体の上面領域で、かつ前記円筒形筐体の径方向以内の領域に臨ませて施錠可能としたことを特徴とする施錠機構付きバルブ。
- 前記ハンドル本体の摘み部の下部に前記バルブ本体の上面領域内を回転する回転板を設け、この回転板の一部に前記施錠板材を回動可能に設ける切欠部を形成し、この切欠部以外の前記回転板の外周下面に係止部を設け、この係止部を前記施錠板材の全開時又は全閉時の何れかのときに前記施錠板材を係止させて回動不能とした請求項1に記載の施錠機構付きバルブ。
- 前記回転板に開口窓をあけ、前記バルブ本体の上面に設けた全開、全閉の表示部を前記回転板の回転によりそれぞれ視認可能とした請求項2に記載の施錠機構付きバルブ。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の施錠機構付きバルブを流路を有するベース体上に集積して構成したことを特徴とする集積弁。
