Description
本実施形態に係る取り付け装置100は、例えば図7(A)のようなサスペンションのサブフレーム200においてサスペンションリンクなどの部品を接続するブラケット230にナット240を接合する際に設けられる。サスペンションのサブフレーム200は、概説すればサイドメンバ210と、クロスメンバ220と、ブラケット230と、ナット240と、カラー250と、を有する。ブラケット230はクロスメンバ220に接合される。ナット240は溶接ナットと呼ばれ、溶接によりブラケット230に取り付けられる。
次に本実施形態に係る取り付け装置について説明する。取り付け装置100は部品供給部10(蓄え部に相当)と、搬送部20と、供給ヘッド30(配置部に相当)と、溶接部40と、操作部50と、を有する。
図8から図10は本発明の実施形態2にかかる取り付け装置を示す斜視図、正面図、取付け装置の中でも配置部を示す拡大平面図、図11(A)〜図11(C)は同取り付け装置においてナットを下部電極の上に配置する様子を示す斜視図である。

Claims (3)
- ナットを相手部品に取り付ける取り付け装置であって、
前記ナットを複数蓄える蓄え部と、
一対の電極によって前記ナットを相手部品に溶接する溶接部と、
前記蓄え部に蓄えられた前記ナットをひとつずつ前記溶接部に向けて搬送する可撓性のある長尺部材を備えた搬送部と、
前記長尺部材における前記溶接部側の出口に設けられ前記溶接部における一対の電極の間に、前記蓄え部に設けられた送り出し箇所から前記ナットが送り出されるまでに、一時的に接近して前記ナットを配置する配置部と、を有し、
前記ナットは、前記搬送部からひとつずつ前記配置部を通過して前記一対の電極における下方の電極に配置され、
前記配置部は、前記一対の電極が並ぶ方向と交差する方向であって前記出口と共に前記一対の電極に接近離間可能な移動部を有する取り付け装置。 - 前記長尺部材は前記一対の電極が並ぶ方向と交差する方向に延び、
前記配置部は、前記長尺部材の出口から出た前記ナットの進行方向を前記下方の電極に向ける方向変換部を有する請求項1に記載の取り付け装置。 - 前記相手部品はサスペンションのサブフレームに取り付けられる請求項1又は2に記載の取り付け装置。
