Claims (12)

- 融合タンパク質が二量体であり、共有結合的に結合するFcドメインを含む請求項1又は2に記載の融合タンパク質。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のUTI融合タンパク質、及び医薬上許容される賦形剤を含む医薬組成物。
- 医薬として使用するための請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のUTI融合タンパク質。
- 内視鏡誘発性膵炎及び急性膵炎を含む膵炎、関節炎、SARS、全身性炎症反応症候群、急性循環障害、敗血症、肝炎、虫垂炎、大腸炎、臓器不全、膵臓、腎臓、又は肺障害を含む臓器障害、再潅流傷害、スティーブンス・ジョンソン症候群、中毒性表皮壊死症、ショック、虚血性傷害、急性大動脈解離に起因する肺損傷を含む急性肺損傷、喘息、肺炎症、人工呼吸器関連肺炎を含む肺炎、播種性血管内凝固、又は急性呼吸窮迫症候群の治療において使用するための請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のUTI融合タンパク質。
- 配列番号1をコードするポリヌクレオチド配列を含む核酸。
- 請求項7に記載の核酸を含む発現ベクター。
- 請求項8に記載の発現ベクターを含む組み換え宿主細胞。
- UTI融合タンパク質の製造方法であって、組み換え融合タンパク質が発現するように増殖培地に請求項9に記載の組み換え宿主細胞を置く工程、及び細胞又は増殖培地から融合タンパク質を単離する工程を含む、方法。
- UTI関連病態の治療用の医薬組成物又は医薬の製造のためのものであること特徴とする、配列番号1を含むUTI融合タンパク質の使用。
- 内視鏡誘発性膵炎及び急性膵炎を含む膵炎、関節炎、SARS、全身性炎症反応症候群、急性循環障害、敗血症、肝炎、虫垂炎、大腸炎、臓器不全、膵臓、腎臓、又は肺障害を含む臓器障害、再潅流傷害、スティーブンス・ジョンソン症候群、中毒性表皮壊死症、ショック、虚血性傷害、急性大動脈解離に起因する肺損傷を含む急性肺損傷、喘息、肺炎症、人工呼吸器関連肺炎を含む肺炎、播種性血管内凝固、又は急性呼吸窮迫症候群を治療するためのものであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の使用。
