Description
1. 血液処理装置(1)によって行われる患者(200)の体外血液処理を一時的に中断するための方法であって、前記患者(200)が、血液処理の目的のために血液処理装置(1)に連結され、次の工程:
−血液処理装置(1)を、血液処理セッションを継続することを目的として血液処理装置(1)から患者(200)を連結切断することによって血液処理セッションが一時的に中断され得る状態にするように提供され構成される、制御デバイス(3)を起動又は制御する工程
を含む、方法。
2. 前記制御デバイス(3)が、血液処理を一時的に中断するために、体外的に処理された血液の前記患者(200)への血液返送を誘導又は行うように起動又は制御される、1.に記載の方法。
3. 前記制御デバイス(3)が、前記血液処理装置(1)を、前記患者(200)の血液処理セッションを一時的に中断できる、又は前記血液処理セッションを継続することを目的として一時的に中断され得る状態にするために、唯一の作動デバイス(4)を作動させることによって起動又は制御される、1.又は2.に記載の方法。
4. 1.〜3.のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、次の工程:
−前記制御デバイス(3)によって次のプロセスの少なくとも1つを誘導する又は行うことによって血液処理の中断を開始する工程:
a)血液ポンプ(17)を停止する工程;
b)血液引き込みラインの患者管クランプを閉じる、及び体外血液回路(100)の血液返送ラインの患者管クランプを閉じる工程;
c)ヘパリンの投与を停止する工程;
d)凝血防止剤の(連続)投与を停止する工程;
e)平衡を停止する工程;
f)代替物の添加又は投与を停止する工程;
を含む方法。
5. 1.〜4.のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、次のさらなる工程:
−前記患者(200)の血液回路から体外血液回路(100)の血液返送ラインを連結切断する工程;
−前記体外血液回路(100)の血液返送ラインを代替物供給源と連結する工程;及び
−前記体外血液回路(100)の少なくとも1つのセクションを通して少なくとも1つの代替液体を循環させる工程
を含む、方法。
6. 前記血液処理装置(1)に再連結された患者(200)の血液処理セッションが継続されるように誘導する又は行うために制御デバイス(3)を起動又は制御する工程を含む、1.〜5.のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
7. 前記制御デバイス(3)が、前記血液処理セッションの一時的な中断の後、前記血液処理装置(1)に再連結された前記患者(200)の血液処理セッションの継続を誘導する又は行うために、唯一の作動デバイス(4)を作動することによって起動又は制御される、6.に記載の方法。
8. −前記患者(200)の血液回路に前記体外血液回路(100)の血液返送ライン及び血液引き込みラインを連結する工程;
−ライン含有物の光学密度が予め決定された値に到達するまで、血液ポンプ(17)を始動させ、体外血液回路(100)の内側にあるライン内容物を輸送する工程;
−前記血液ポンプ(17)を停止する工程;及び
−前記血液引き込みラインの患者管クランプ及び前記血液返送ラインの患者管クランプの両方を閉じる工程
を含む、6.又は7.に記載の方法。
9. 血液処理装置(1)によって行われている前記血液処理を一時的に中断するために、起動又は制御されるように提供され構成される、
及び/又は
1.〜8.のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記血液処理装置(1)の一時的な中断を行うように提供され構成されている、
制御デバイス(3)。
10. 唯一の作動デバイス(4)を作動することによって起動又は制御されるように提供され構成される、9.に記載の制御デバイス(3)。
11. 前記血液処理セッションが継続されていることを誘導する又は行うように提供され構成される、9.又は10.に記載の制御デバイス(3)。
12. −9.〜11.のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの制御デバイス(3)を含む体外血液処理のための血液処理装置(1)。
13. −前記制御デバイス(3)の起動又は制御が単独での使用によって行われることを可能にするように提供され構成される、少なくとも1つの作動デバイス(4)をさらに含む、12.に記載の血液処理装置。
14. 1.〜8.のいずれか一項に記載の方法の技術的工程を実行するなどのためにプログラム可能なコンピュータシステムと相互作用できる電気的に可読性の制御信号を用いるデジタル記憶手段、特にディスク、CD又はDVD。
15. 前記プログラムプロダクトがコンピュータ上で実行されている場合に、1.〜8.のいずれか一項に記載の方法の技術的工程を実行するための機械可読性データ媒体上に記憶されたプログラムコードを有するコンピュータ・プログラム・プロダクト。
16. 前記プログラムがコンピュータ上で実行されている場合に、1.〜8.のいずれか一項に記載の方法の技術的工程を実行するためのプログラムコードを有するコンピュータプログラム。
Claims (16)
- 血液処理装置(1)によって行われている血液処理を一時的に中断するために、起動又は制御されるように提供され構成される、及び/又は前記血液処理装置(1)の一時的な中断を行うように提供され構成されている、制御デバイス(3)であって、
患者(200)が、前記血液処理の目的のために前記血液処理装置(1)に連結され、
前記制御デバイス(3)は、前記血液処理装置(1)を、血液処理セッションを継続することを意図して前記血液処理装置(1)から前記患者(200)を連結切断することによって、前記血液処理セッションが一時的に中断され得る状態にするように起動又は制御されるように構成され、
前記制御デバイス(3)が、前記血液処理を一時的に中断することを目的として、体外的に処理された血液の前記患者(200)への血液返送を誘導又は行うように起動又は制御され、
起動又は制御される前記制御デバイス(3)はさらに、検出装置が体外血液回路内に残留する血液が実質的に存在しないことを検出するとき、血液ポンプ(17)の血液ポンプ輸送の停止を誘導又は行うように構成され、
前記制御デバイス(3)は、体外血液処理が中断され、かつ前記体外血液回路(100)の血液返送ラインが前記患者(200)の血液回路から連結切断され、代替液体源に接続されたとき、前記体外血液回路(100)の前記代替液体源から供給される少なくとも1つの代替液体を前記体外血液回路(100)の少なくとも1つのセクションを通して循環させ、
前記制御デバイス(3)はさらに、前記血液処理装置(1)に再連結された前記患者(200)の前記血液処理セッションの継続を誘導又は行うようために起動又は制御されるように構成され、
前記制御デバイス(3)は、前記制御デバイスが血液処理中断を誘導するために作動又は制御されるときユーザーを補助するバックグラウンドプロセス及び/又はさらにモニタリングプロセスを追加的及び自動的に誘導するように前記血液処理装置(1)と機能的に相互作用するように構成又は提供され、
前記制御デバイス(3)は、前記血液処理セッションが継続されるとき、中断された前記血液処理セッションのすべてのモニタリングプロセスを追加的又は自動的に再度起動するために、前記血液処理装置(1)と機能的に相互作用するように構成又は提供される、制御デバイス(3)。 - 前記制御デバイス(3)が、前記血液処理装置(1)を、前記患者(200)の前記血液処理セッションが、一時的に中断され得る又は一時的に中断される状態にするために、及び/又は前記血液処理セッションを継続することを意図して、一時的な中断の後に継続させる前記患者の中断された血液処理セッションを誘導又は行うために、唯一の作動デバイス(4)を作動させることによって起動又は制御されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の制御デバイス(3)。
- 前記制御デバイス(3)の制御又は起動は、前記作動デバイス(4)の単一又は一回作動によって達成される、請求項2に記載の制御デバイス(3)。
- 前記唯一の作動デバイス(4)によって作動される前記制御デバイス(3)は、自動的に、前記血液処理装置(1)を、前記血液処理セッションを継続することを意図して、前記患者(200)の前記血液処理セッションが一時的に中断され得る又は一時的に中断される状態にするよう設計され、及び/又は
前記唯一の作動デバイス(4)によって作動される前記制御デバイス(3)が、自動的に、一時的な中断の後に継続させる前記患者の中断された血液処理セッションを誘導又は行うように構成される、請求項2又は3に記載の制御デバイス(3)。 - 前記制御デバイス(3)は、信号伝送を介して起動される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の制御デバイス(3)。
- 前記制御デバイス(3)は、視覚的及び/又は音響的通知によって、プロセスが行われるべきであることを示すように提供又は構成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の制御デバイス(3)。
- 前記制御デバイス(3)はさらに、プロセス工程を実行又は開始することをユーザーに通知するために、及び/又は、現在進行するプロセスについての、及び/又は現在の血液処理中断についての情報を与えるために、輸送ポンプデバイス、バルブデバイス、流量デバイスを制御又は作動するように、設計され提供される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の制御デバイス(3)。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の制御デバイス(3)であって、前記制御デバイス(3)が、次の工程:
a)血液引き込みラインの患者管クランプを閉じる、及び体外血液回路(100)の血液返送ラインの患者管クランプを閉じる工程;
b)ヘパリンの投与を停止する工程;
c)凝血防止剤の(連続)投与を停止する工程;
d)平衡を停止する工程;
e)代替物の添加又は投与を停止する工程;の少なくとも1つを誘導又は行うことによって、前記血液処理の中断を開始するように構成される、制御デバイス(3)。 - 前記体外血液回路(100)を通して代替液体を循環させるための条件及び/又はパラメータを追加的及び自動的に設定又は予め決定するために、前記血液処理装置(1)と機能的に相互作用するように構成又は提供される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の制御デバイス(3)。
- 前記体外血液回路(100)を通して行われる代替液体の循環中に、閾値ウィンドウ又はパラメータの閾値の範囲を追加的及び自動的に変更又は無効にするために、前記血液処理装置(1)と機能的に相互作用するように構成又は提供される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の制御デバイス(3)。
- 前記パラメータは、圧力、送達又はポンプの速度、及び/又は血液ポンプの輸送速度、又は光学密度である、請求項9又は10に記載の制御デバイス(3)。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの制御デバイス(3)を含む、体外血液処理のための血液処理装置(1)。
- 前記制御デバイス(3)の起動又は制御が単独での使用によって行われることを可能にするように提供され構成される、少なくとも1つの作動デバイス(4)をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の血液処理装置。
- 血液ライン、使い捨て血液管セット、血液カセット、トレー、使い捨てとして構成されたオーガナイザをさらに含む、請求項12又は13に記載の血液処理装置。
- 前記制御デバイスを起動又は制御するために少なくとも1つの作動デバイスを含み、及び/又は、
入力及び/又は出力デバイス、及び記憶手段をさらに含む、及び又は、入力及び/又は出力デバイス、及び記憶手段にさらに接続される、請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の血液処理装置。 - 透析、血液ろ過法、血液透析ろ過法、血液のガス処理法、アフェレーシス、又は吸着のために構成された、請求項12〜15のいずれか一項に記載の血液処理装置。
