Claims (10)
- 冷凍サイクルに用いられる熱交換器であって、
内部を通過する冷媒と空気とを熱交換させる熱交換部(3,4)と、
前記熱交換部の一側面に沿って配置され、熱交換部から流出した気液二相冷媒を気相冷媒と液相冷媒とに気液分離し、液相冷媒を溜める貯液器(5)と、
前記冷凍サイクルを構成する冷媒流路を通って流入する冷媒の流動状態を調整して前記熱交換部(3)に供給し、前記熱交換部(4)又は前記貯液器(5)から流出する冷媒の流出状態及び流出先を調整する冷媒調整部(6)と、を備え、
前記冷媒調整部の少なくとも一部が前記貯液器内に挿入されている、熱交換器。 - 請求項1に記載の熱交換器であって、
前記貯液器は、前記熱交換部の一側面に沿って配置されている、熱交換器。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の熱交換器であって、
前記冷媒調整部には、前記冷媒流路から前記熱交換部に向かう冷媒が流入する流入流路(17)が設けられており、
前記貯液器内部には、冷媒を貯める貯液空間(511)が、前記流入流路側の一端から前記流入流路とは離れた他端に向けて長手方向に延びるように形成されており、
前記熱交換部から前記貯液器に冷媒を流出する接続流路(11)は、前記貯液空間の前記他端側よりも前記一端側に近い流入口(512)に繋がれている、熱交換器。 - 請求項3に記載の熱交換器であって、
前記流入流路と前記貯液空間との間に、前記冷媒調整部と前記冷媒調整部に当接する他の部品とが離隔する空隙部(65,65C)が設けられている、熱交換器。 - 請求項4に記載の熱交換器であって、
前記冷媒調整部と前記冷媒調整部に当接する他の部品との間に緩衝部品(63)が介在することで前記空隙部(65)が形成されている、熱交換器。 - 請求項3に記載の熱交換器であって、
前記冷媒調整部には、前記流入流路と前記貯液空間との間に空隙部(65M)が設けられている、熱交換器。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器であって、
前記貯液器内部には、冷媒を貯める貯液空間が、前記流入流路側の一端から前記流入流路とは離れた他端に向けて長手方向に延びるように形成されており、
前記長手方向における、前記冷媒調整部に設けられた複数の内部流路の間であって前記内部流路の行先を切り替える箇所の間、前記内部流路と外部空気との間、及び前記内部流路と前記貯液空間との間に、
前記長手方向に交わる幅方向において、前記貯液器と前記冷媒調整部との間に、前記貯液器から液相冷媒が漏出するのを防ぐシール部(63)が設けられている、熱交換器。 - 請求項7記載の熱交換器であって、
更に、前記貯液器と前記冷媒調整部との間に設けられる中間部(62)を備え、
前記中間部は、前記冷媒調整部側の内面が前記シール部との密着性を確保するための面精度によって構成されている、熱交換器。 - 請求項7記載の熱交換器であって、
前記冷媒調整部は、前記貯液器内に挿入される挿入端部(6a)と、前記挿入端部とは反対側に形成され露出する露出端部(6b)と、を有しており、
前記挿入端部側の前記長手方向に沿った投影面積は、前記露出端部側の前記長手方向に沿った投影面積よりも小さい、熱交換器。 - 請求項7記載の熱交換器であって、
更に、前記貯液器から流出又は流入する冷媒が流れる流路(14Ja,14Jb,14Jc)を備え、
前記流路の少なくとも一部は、前記貯液器と一体的に設けられている、熱交換器。
