Abstract
Description
外部熱交換器が蒸発器として動作しているときに、冷媒を液相と気相とに分離できる、冷媒を蓄えるためのアキュムレータ、または、
外部熱交換器が凝縮器として動作しているときに、冷媒を高圧で蓄積し、濾過し、乾燥させるためのシリンダ、
として機能する装置を提供することができる。
Claims (14)
- 少なくとも1つの圧縮器(2)と、外部熱交換器(11)と、内部熱交換器(5)または冷媒/熱伝達流体交換器(53)と、冷媒を受け入れるための装置(16)と、膨張部材(21)と、蒸発器(24)とを含む冷媒回路を備える空調ループ(1)であって、
前記受け入れ装置(16)は、前記外部熱交換器(11)に結合される入口(17)と、前記膨張部材(21)に結合される第1の出口(18)と、前記蒸発器(24)をバイパスするための装置(28)に結合される第2の出口(19)とを備えることを特徴とする空調ループ(1)。 - 前記バイパス装置(28)は、前記圧縮器(2)の入口(3)に結合される循環ダクト(29)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空調ループ(1)。
- ストッパ部材(30)が、前記バイパス装置(28)内の冷媒の循環を管理することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の空調ループ(1)。
- 前記空調ループ(1)は、前記内部熱交換器(5)または前記冷媒/熱伝達流体交換器(53)をバイパスするための手段(6)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の空調ループ(1)。
- ストッパ部材(15)が、前記内部熱交換器(5)または前記冷媒/熱伝達流体交換器(53)をバイパスするための前記手段(6)内の冷媒の循環を管理することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の空調ループ(1)。
- 前記空調ループ(1)が、所謂「暖房」モードにしたがって設定され、該「暖房」モードでは、冷媒は、前記圧縮器(2)と、前記内部熱交換器(5)または前記冷媒/熱伝達流体交換器(53)と、膨張装置(10)と、前記外部熱交換器(11)と、前記受け入れ装置(16)の前記入口(17)と、前記受け入れ装置(16)の前記第2の出口(19)と、前記バイパス装置(28)との内部を連続的に循環した後、前記圧縮器(2)に戻ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の空調ループ(1)。
- 前記空調ループ(1)が所謂「冷房」モードにしたがって設定され、該「冷房」モードでは、冷媒は、前記圧縮器(2)と、前記バイパス手段(6)と、前記外部熱交換器(11)と、前記受け入れ装置(16)の前記入口(17)と、前記受け入れ装置(16)の前記第1の出口(18)と、前記膨張部材(21)と、前記蒸発器(24)との内部を連続的に循環した後、前記圧縮器(2)に戻ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の空調ループ(1)。
- 前記膨張部材(21)の第1の出口(22)が、前記蒸発器(24)の入口(23)に結合され、且つ、前記蒸発器(24)の出口(25)が、前記膨張部材(21)の第2の入口(26)に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れかに記載の空調ループ(1)。
- 前記空調ループ(1)は、低圧回路(47)と熱を交換する高圧回路(46)を備える内部熱交換器(45)を含み、前記高圧回路(46)が、前記受け入れ装置(16)の前記第1の出口(18)と前記膨張部材(21)との間に設けられ、且つ、前記低圧回路(47)が、前記蒸発器(24)と前記圧縮器(2)との間に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れかに記載の空調ループ(1)。
- 前記膨張部材(21)が、サーモスタットで制御されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9の何れかに記載の空調ループ(1)。
- 前記空調ループ(1)は、冷媒/熱伝達流体交換器(53)を介して前記冷媒回路と相互作用する熱伝達流体二次回路(52)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至10の何れかに記載の空調ループ(1)。
- 前記熱伝達流体二次回路(52)が、強制空気ヒータ(53)とポンプ(57)とを備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の空調ループ(1)。
- 前記受け入れ装置(16)は、冷媒分離空間(43)と冷媒貯留空間(44)とを形成する内容積(33)を画定する壁(32)を備え、前記受け入れ装置(16)の前記入口(17)および前記第2の出口(19)が、前記分離空間(43a)内へ開放し、且つ、前記受け入れ装置(16)の前記第1の出口(18)が、前記貯留空間(43b)内へ開放することを特徴とする請求項1乃至12の何れかに記載の空調ループ(1)。
- 前記受け入れ装置(16)は、引き出しチューブ(38)を含み、該引き出しチューブ(38)は、前記受け入れ装置(16)の前記第2の出口(19)に結合される第1の部分(39)と、前記分離空間(43a)内へ開放する端部(42)を備える第2の部分(41)とを備え、前記貯留空間(43b)内において、前記引き出しチューブ(38)の前記第1の部分(39)と前記第2の部分(41)とを接続する接続部(40)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の空調ループ(1)。
