Description
本出願は、2015年7月27日出願の韓国特許出願第10−2015−0105980号に基づく優先権を主張し、該当出願の明細書及び図面に開示された内容は、すべて本出願に援用される。
また、電極組立体及び電解液が内部パウチ及び外部パウチによって二重で封止されているため、外部からの水分浸透がより効果的に抑制される。
電極組立体230には、電極タブ237、238が形成されており、前記電極タブ237、238に、電極リード239、240が結合して内部パウチ及び外部パウチから引き出されている。前記電極リード239、240には、内部パウチ及び外部パウチそれぞれのパウチシートと電極リードとの接着性を向上させるために、リードテープ241を備えることができる。本発明の一様態によれば、電極リード239、240には、内部パウチ200の封止時、接着性を向上させるためのリードテープ241の外にも、外部パウチの封止時において接着性を向上させるためのリードテープ(図3、342)を備えることができる。リードテープの位置は、内部パウチ200において封止が行われる封止部223と、外部パウチにおいて封止が行われる封止部323との位置を考慮して電極リード239、240に形成できる。
Claims (7)
- 正極、負極及び前記正極と負極との間に介されたセパレータを含む電極組立体を含み、
前記電極組立体が内部パウチに収納され、電極リードが内部パウチから引き出されており、
前記内部パウチが外部パウチに収納され、電極リードが外部パウチから引き出されており、
前記内部パウチと外部パウチとの間の空間に、吸熱又は消火性部材が含まれており、
前記電極リードが引き出される端部を除いた内部パウチの封止部は、前記電極組立体の外形に沿って上方または下方へ折り畳まれて外部パウチに収納されている、パウチ型二次電池。 - 前記吸熱又は消火性部材が、窒素ガス、アルキレングリコール、1,3−プロパンジオール、フェロセン誘導体、有機酸系化合物、ドデカフルオロ−2−メチルペンタン−3−オン、デカフルオロ−2−メチルブタン−3−オン、1,1,1,3,3,4,4,5,5,5−デカフルオロペンタン−2−オン、1,1,1,2,2,4,4,5,5,5−デカフルオロペンタン−3−オン、1,1,1,4,4,5,5,5−オクタフルオロ−3−ビス(トリフルオロメチル)−ペンタン−2−オン、ドデカフルオロ−4−メチルペンタン−2−オン、ドデカフルオロ−3−メチルペンタン−2−オン、ドデカフルオロ−3,3−(ジメチル)ブタン−2−オン及びドデカフルオロヘキサン−3−オンからなる群より選択された一種または二種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 内部パウチと外部パウチとの間の空間体積が、最終製作されたパウチ型二次電池の全体体積に対して5体積%以上10体積%未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 内部パウチ用のリードテープ及び外部パウチ用のリードテープが付着されている電極リードを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記内部パウチ用のリードテープが内部パウチの封止部に位置し、外部パウチ型のリードテープが外部パウチの封止部に位置することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記吸熱又は消火性部材は、窒素ガス、アルキレングリコール又はそれらの混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- (S1)電極リードが内部パウチから引き出されるようにし、電極組立体を内部パウチに収納して内部パウチの縁部を封止する段階と、
(S2)電極リードが外部パウチから引き出されるようにし、前記内部パウチの封止部を前記電極組立体の外形に沿って上方または下方へ折り畳んだ状態で、前記内部パウチを外部パウチに収納し、電極リードの引出し部分と吸熱又は消火性部材が投入される投入口とを除いた外部パウチの縁部を封止する段階と、
(S3)前記投入口を介して内部パウチと外部パウチとの間の空間に吸熱又は消火性部材を投入する段階と、
(S4)吸熱又は消火性部材投入口を完全封止する段階と、を含む、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池の製造方法。
