Claims (6)
- 正極活物質及び正極集電体から成る正極と、負極活物質及び負極集電体から成る負極と、前記正極及び前記負極間に充填される電解質とを含む電気化学セル本体を外装体内部に密封収納して構成される電気化学セルであって、
前記外装体は内容器と外容器の二重構造をとり、
前記内容器と前記外容器が前記正極および前記負極の各々に連結される金属端子の先端を外部に突出するように挟持し、
前記内容器は最内層に熱接着性樹脂層を有し、金属箔層を含まない積層体で構成され、
前記外容器は最内層に熱接着性樹脂層を有し、金属箔層を含む積層体で構成され、
前記内容器を構成する積層体に耐熱性樹脂層が含まれることを特徴とする電気化学セル。 - 前記金属端子は耐熱性樹脂層の両面にポリオレフィン樹脂層を有し、前記ポリオレフィン樹脂層の少なくとも一方が酸変性ポリオレフィン樹脂層である金属端子フィルムを介して前記内容器に挟持されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記内容器を構成する積層体に含まれる前記耐熱性樹脂層がポリエチレンナフタレートフィルムであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記金属端子フィルムに含まれる前記耐熱性樹脂層がポリエチレンナフタレートフィルムであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記外容器を構成する積層体に含まれる前記金属箔層がアルミニウム箔で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記内容器と前記外容器の間に形成される空間が真空状態であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1に記載の電気化学セル。
