Description
油圧ポンプと、
上記油圧ポンプを駆動するモータと、
上記モータにより駆動された上記油圧ポンプから流入側ポートに作動油が供給される油圧シリンダと、
上記油圧シリンダのロッドの位置を検出する位置センサと、
上記位置センサの出力に基づいて、上記モータを制御して上記油圧ポンプから上記油圧シリンダの流入側ポートに供給される作動油の流量を制御するコントローラと、
上記位置センサの出力に基づいて、上記油圧シリンダの流出側ポートの圧力を制御して上記油圧シリンダに対してブレーキ制御を行う圧力制御回路と
を備えることを特徴とする。
油圧ポンプと、
上記油圧ポンプを駆動するモータと、
上記モータにより駆動された上記油圧ポンプから流入側ポートに作動油が供給される油圧シリンダと、
上記油圧シリンダのロッドの位置を検出する位置センサと、
上記位置センサの出力に基づいて、上記モータを制御して上記油圧ポンプから上記油圧シリンダの流入側ポートに供給される作動油の流量を制御するコントローラと、
上記位置センサの出力に基づいて、上記油圧シリンダの流出側ポートの圧力を制御する圧力制御回路と
を備え、
上記圧力制御回路は、
上記位置センサの出力に基づいて外部の油圧源から供給される作動油の圧力を制御する圧力制御弁を有し、
上記圧力制御弁により制御された作動油の圧力を用いて上記油圧シリンダの流出側ポートの圧力を制御する。
油圧ポンプと、
上記油圧ポンプを駆動するモータと、
上記モータにより駆動された上記油圧ポンプから流入側ポートに作動油が供給される油圧シリンダと、
上記油圧シリンダのロッドの位置を検出する位置センサと、
上記位置センサの出力に基づいて、上記モータを制御して上記油圧ポンプから上記油圧シリンダの流入側ポートに供給される作動油の流量を制御するコントローラと、
上記位置センサの出力に基づいて、上記油圧シリンダの流出側ポートの圧力を制御する圧力制御回路と
を備え、
上記圧力制御回路は、
上記油圧シリンダの流出側ポートに吐出ポートが接続される第2の油圧ポンプと、
上記第2の油圧ポンプを駆動する第2のモータと
を有すると共に、
上記位置センサの出力に基づいて、上記第2のモータを制御して上記油圧シリンダの流出側ポートの圧力を制御する第2のコントローラを備える。
上記圧力制御回路は、
上記第2の油圧ポンプの吐出ポートと上記油圧シリンダの流出側ポートとの間に配設され、上記第2の油圧ポンプから上記油圧シリンダへの作動油の流れのみを許容する逆止弁と、
上記逆止弁の上記油圧シリンダ側とタンクとの間に配設され、上記第2のコントローラにより制御された上記第2の油圧ポンプから吐出される作動油の圧力に基づいて、上記油圧シリンダの流出側ポートの圧力を制御する圧力制御弁と
を有する。
図1はこの発明の第1実施形態の油圧装置の概略ブロック図を示している。この油圧装置は、射出成形機、プレス機、工作機械などの産業機械(主機)に用いられる。
図2はこの発明の第2実施形態の油圧装置の概略ブロック図を示している。この油圧装置は、射出成形機、プレス機、工作機械などの産業機械(主機)に用いられる。
図3はこの発明の第3実施形態の油圧装置の概略ブロック図を示している。この油圧装置は、射出成形機、プレス機、工作機械などの産業機械(主機)に用いられる。なお、この第3実施形態の油圧装置は、逆止弁91と圧力制御弁92を除いて第2実施形態の油圧装置と同一の構成をしている。

Claims (4)
- 油圧ポンプ(P1)と、
上記油圧ポンプ(P1)を駆動するモータ(M1)と、
上記モータ(M1)により駆動された上記油圧ポンプ(P1)から流入側ポートに作動油が供給される油圧シリンダ(100)と、
上記油圧シリンダ(100)のロッドの位置を検出する位置センサ(60)と、
上記位置センサ(60)の出力に基づいて、上記モータ(M1)を制御して上記油圧ポンプ(P1)から上記油圧シリンダ(100)の流入側ポートに供給される作動油の流量を制御するコントローラ(50,50A)と、
上記位置センサ(60)の出力に基づいて、上記油圧シリンダ(100)の流出側ポートの圧力を制御して上記油圧シリンダ(100)に対してブレーキ制御を行う圧力制御回路(30,91,92,M2,P2)と
を備えることを特徴とする油圧装置。 - 油圧ポンプ(P1)と、
上記油圧ポンプ(P1)を駆動するモータ(M1)と、
上記モータ(M1)により駆動された上記油圧ポンプ(P1)から流入側ポートに作動油が供給される油圧シリンダ(100)と、
上記油圧シリンダ(100)のロッドの位置を検出する位置センサ(60)と、
上記位置センサ(60)の出力に基づいて、上記モータ(M1)を制御して上記油圧ポンプ(P1)から上記油圧シリンダ(100)の流入側ポートに供給される作動油の流量を制御するコントローラ(50,50A)と、
上記位置センサ(60)の出力に基づいて、上記油圧シリンダ(100)の流出側ポートの圧力を制御する圧力制御回路(30,91,92,M2,P2)と
を備え、
上記圧力制御回路は、
上記位置センサ(60)の出力に基づいて外部の油圧源(80)から供給される作動油の圧力を制御する圧力制御弁(30)を有し、
上記圧力制御弁(30)により制御された作動油の圧力を用いて上記油圧シリンダ(100)の流出側ポートの圧力を制御することを特徴とする油圧装置。 - 油圧ポンプ(P1)と、
上記油圧ポンプ(P1)を駆動するモータ(M1)と、
上記モータ(M1)により駆動された上記油圧ポンプ(P1)から流入側ポートに作動油が供給される油圧シリンダ(100)と、
上記油圧シリンダ(100)のロッドの位置を検出する位置センサ(60)と、
上記位置センサ(60)の出力に基づいて、上記モータ(M1)を制御して上記油圧ポンプ(P1)から上記油圧シリンダ(100)の流入側ポートに供給される作動油の流量を制御するコントローラ(50,50A)と、
上記位置センサ(60)の出力に基づいて、上記油圧シリンダ(100)の流出側ポートの圧力を制御する圧力制御回路(30,91,92,M2,P2)と
を備え、
上記圧力制御回路は、
上記油圧シリンダ(100)の流出側ポートに吐出ポートが接続される第2の油圧ポンプ(P2)と、
上記第2の油圧ポンプ(P2)を駆動する第2のモータ(M2)と
を有すると共に、
上記位置センサ(60)の出力に基づいて、上記第2のモータ(M2)を制御して上記油圧シリンダ(100)の流出側ポートの圧力を制御する第2のコントローラ(50B)を備えることを特徴とする油圧装置。 - 請求項3に記載の油圧装置において、
上記圧力制御回路は、
上記第2の油圧ポンプ(P2)の吐出ポートと上記油圧シリンダ(100)の流出側ポートとの間に配設され、上記第2の油圧ポンプ(P2)から上記油圧シリンダ(100)への作動油の流れのみを許容する逆止弁(91)と、
上記逆止弁の上記油圧シリンダ(100)側とタンク(70)との間に配設され、上記第2のコントローラ(50B)により制御された上記第2の油圧ポンプ(P2)から吐出される作動油の圧力に基づいて、上記油圧シリンダ(100)の流出側ポートの圧力を制御する圧力制御弁(92)と
を有することを特徴とする油圧装置。
