Claims (15)
- 排出制御部(10)および弁制御部(14)が流体的に並列接続されている、流体式被駆動機械(2,4)を制御するための流体回路において、
前記排出制御部(10)は、2つのポート(A1,A2)を備えた流体機械(18)を有しており、
前記2つのポート(A1,A2)は、閉じた流体回路を構成するため、それぞれ流路(30,32)を介して前記機械(2)に接続可能であり、
前記弁制御部(14)は、開いた流体回路において前記機械(2)と接続可能である、
ことを特徴とする流体回路。 - 前記排出制御部(10)の流体駆動出力を形成する際、前記弁制御部(14)によって同時に、あらかじめ設定した圧力制御曲線、および/または、変位制御曲線、および/または、速度制御曲線の偏差を調整可能である、
請求項1に記載の回路。 - 前記弁制御部(14)は、前記機械(2,4)および/または前記排出制御部(10)の開始フェーズおよび/または運動フェーズおよび/または制動フェーズ中に圧力媒体を供給または排出する、
請求項1または2に記載の回路。 - 前記流体機械(18)が比較的小さい慣性および比較的大きな行程容積を有するように当該流体機械(18)が構成されている、
請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の回路。 - 前記流体機械(18)は、比較的小さい慣性および比較的に低い回転数を有するように構成された電動モータ(20)によって駆動される、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の回路。 - 前記弁制御部(14)は、高い動的特性および高い精度を有するように設計された制御弁(34)を有する、
請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の回路。 - 前記遮断弁(84)が設けられており、これによって制御弁(34)が前記流路(68,70)から分離できる、
請求項6に記載の回路。 - 前記制御弁(34)には、前記機械(2)用の必要な作動圧が供給できるように設計されているアキュムレータ(76)が接続されている、
請求項6または7に記載の回路。 - 前記制御弁(34)に流体ポンプ(74)が接続されている、

請求項1から9までのいずれ1項に記載の回路。 - 少なくとも1つの流路(68,70)に接続されており、かつ、前記圧力媒体を介して解放可能な洗浄装置(104)が設けられており、
前記洗浄装置(104)は、前記機械(2)の圧力制御および/または変位制御および/または速度制御の際の影響が比較的小さいかまたは回避されるように駆動制御される、
請求項1から10までのいずれ1項に記載の回路。 - 前記排出制御部(10)および前記弁制御部(14)は、2重に保護および監視されている、
請求項1から11までのいずれ1項に記載の回路。 - 前記排出制御部(10)および/または前記弁制御部(14)の前記機械(2)に通じる1つまたは2つの流路(68,70)において、1つの安全弁(112,114)またはそれぞれ複数の安全弁が配置されており、
前記1つの安全弁(112,114)または前記複数の安全弁の閉状態において、対応する前記流路(68,70)が遮断され、前記1つの安全弁(112,114)または前記複数の安全弁の開状態において、対応する前記流路が開かれる、
請求項1から12までのいずれ1項に記載の回路。 - 前記排出制御部(10)は、電気的な保護回路によって保護されている、
請求項1から13までのいずれ1項に記載の回路。 - 請求項1から14までのいずれ1項に記載の回路(1)によって制御される流体シリンダ(2)を有する流体式被駆動機械。
