Description
Claims (2)
- 第一ポート及び第二ポートを有する油圧シリンダ又は油圧モータを駆動可能な油圧閉回路システムであって、
第一管路を通じて前記第一ポートに流体的に連通される第一ポンプポートと第二管路を通じて前記第二ポートに流体的に連通される第二ポンプポートとを有する固定容量型の油圧ポンプと、
前記油圧ポンプの回転を制御する電動モータと、
1つの一次側ポートと2つの二次側ポートとを有するシャトル弁であり、該二次側ポートの一方が前記第一管路に流体的に連通され、該二次側ポートの他方が前記第二管路に流体的に連通されるシャトル弁と、
吐出ポートが前記シャトル弁の一次側ポートに流体的に連通されるチャージポンプと、 前記チャージポンプによるチャージ圧を設定圧とするリリーフ弁と、を備え、
前記チャージポンプは、前記電動モータとは別の電動モータで駆動され、前記シャトル弁を通じて前記第一管路及び前記第二管路を前記チャージ圧にし、
前記リリーフ弁は、前記チャージ圧としての前記設定圧を変更可能であり、
前記油圧ポンプを所定の回転速度以上で回転させているときの前記チャージ圧は、前記油圧ポンプを駆動させる前の前記チャージ圧より低い、
ことを特徴とする油圧閉回路システム。 - 第一ポート及び第二ポートを有する油圧シリンダ又は油圧モータを駆動可能な油圧閉回
路システムであって、
第一管路を通じて前記第一ポートに流体的に連通される第一ポンプポートと第二管路を
通じて前記第二ポートに流体的に連通される第二ポンプポートとを有する固定容量型の油
圧ポンプと、
前記油圧ポンプの回転を制御する電動モータと、
1つの一次側ポートと2つの二次側ポートとを有するシャトル弁であり、該二次側ポー
トの一方が前記第一管路に流体的に連通され、該二次側ポートの他方が前記第二管路に流
体的に連通されるシャトル弁と、
吐出ポートが前記シャトル弁の一次側ポートに流体的に連通されるチャージポンプと、
前記チャージポンプによるチャージ圧を設定圧とするリリーフ弁と、を備え、
前記チャージポンプは、前記電動モータとは別の電動モータで駆動され、前記シャトル
弁を通じて前記第一管路及び前記第二管路を前記チャージ圧にし、
前記リリーフ弁は、前記設定圧を変更可能であり、前記油圧シリンダ又は前記油圧モー
タによって駆動される駆動対象の重量が大きいほど前記設定圧を増大させる、
ことを特徴とする油圧閉回路システム。
