Claims (2)
- ポンプから供給される作動流体によって伸縮し負荷を駆動するシリンダと、
前記シリンダに対する作動流体の給排を切り換え、前記シリンダの伸縮動作を制御する制御弁と、
前記制御弁にパイロット圧を導くパイロット弁と、
前記制御弁が遮断位置の場合に負荷による負荷圧が作用する前記シリンダの負荷側圧力室と前記制御弁とを接続するメイン通路と、
前記メイン通路に介装され、前記制御弁が遮断位置の場合に前記負荷側圧力室の負荷圧を保持する負荷保持機構と、
を備える流体圧制御装置において、
前記負荷保持機構は、
前記制御弁から前記負荷側圧力室への作動流体の流れを許容する一方、前記負荷側圧力室の圧力が絞り通路を介して導かれる背圧室の圧力に応じて前記負荷側圧力室から前記制御弁への作動流体の流れを許容するオペレートチェック弁と、
前記パイロット弁を通じて導かれるパイロット圧によって前記制御弁と連動して動作し、前記オペレートチェック弁の作動を切り換える切換弁と、を備え、
前記切換弁は、
前記パイロット弁を通じてパイロット圧が導かれるパイロット室と、
前記パイロット室のパイロット圧に応じて移動するスプールと、
前記スプールを閉弁方向に付勢する付勢部材と、
前記パイロット室に着脱自在に装着されるカラーと、
前記カラーに摺動自在に挿入され、背面にパイロット圧を受けて前記スプールに前記付勢部材の付勢力に抗する推力を付与するピストンと、
を備えることを特徴とする流体圧制御装置。 - 前記負荷側圧力室の作動流体を前記オペレートチェック弁をバイパスして前記メイン通路へと導くバイパス通路と、
前記背圧室の作動流体を前記メイン通路へと導く背圧通路と、
前記負荷側圧力室の圧力が所定圧力に達した場合に開弁して作動流体の通過を許容し、前記負荷側圧力室の作動流体を逃がすリリーフ弁と、をさらに備え、
前記切換弁は、前記バイパス通路及び前記背圧通路に介装され、
前記切換弁は、前記リリーフ弁を通過して前記パイロット室に導かれた作動流体の圧力によって、前記スプールが前記背圧通路と前記メイン通路とを連通させる連通位置まで前記付勢部材の付勢力に抗して移動するように設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体圧制御装置。
