Abstract

本发明公开了一种气动控制阀,包括连接在一起的前阀体和后阀体,以及固定于后阀体后侧的后端盖,前阀体设置中心孔,该中心孔前端与控制进气管连通,中心孔后端内套装有导向固定管,该导向固定管内前、后依次套装有推块和旋转下压块,两者接触面为齿状斜面连接,旋转下压块与后阀体内的活塞杆接触连接,该阀杆的末端与后端盖通过弹簧连接。本发明适合于条件恶劣,空间有限的元器件,能在比如有大量切削液等恶劣的条件下使用。它不仅能够很好的实现双手操作的功能,成本低,而且可以避免像电控夹治具可能会出现的漏电等安全隐患;本发明操作和控制方便,安全可靠;功能全、应用范围广,不受空间影响;使用寿命长,制作成本低;能够在机台内操作,且占地面积小。

气动控制阀
技术领域:
本发明涉及机械加工领域的控制阀,具体涉及一种气动控制阀。
背景技术:
目前在产品加工和机械加工领域除了追逐加工品质和效率外,操作员工的安全更是显得尤其重要,目前为避免出现工伤的,最好最有效的方式就是利用双手启动控制来避免因出现误动作而造成的伤害,尤其是在应用到气缸等气动控制元器件的夹治具中。
目前机加工存在的客观条件是环境十分恶劣,比如有大量切削液等,而且有些操作要求局限在机台内,因此对动作复杂的夹治具的要求就会很高,像我们通常用的电控治具的密封性就要求很高,因此往往在实现功能的前提下,因电控元器件密封等级要求高而使成本会大幅度提高,不适合大量机加的条件下使用。
发明内容:
本发明针对现有技术中启动控制阀存在的安全性等问题,提供一种通过气动控制的换向阀。
本发明所采用的技术方案:一种气动控制阀,包括连接在一起的前阀体和后阀体,以及固定于后阀体后侧的后盖板,前阀体设置中心孔,该中心孔前端与控制进气管连通,中心孔后端内套装有导向固定管,该导向固定管内前、后依次套装有推块和旋转下压块,两者接触面为齿状斜面连接,推块和旋转下压块均与导向固定管内壁之间通过导向条-导向槽配合滑动,其中旋转下压块的导向条或导向槽的均布数量是其齿状斜面均布数量的一半;所述旋转下压块与后阀体内的阀杆接触连接,该阀杆的末端与后盖板通过弹簧连接。
后阀体的一侧面设置有进气口,该进气口的前后两侧分别设置有排气口一和排气口二,另一侧面分别设置有出气孔一和出气孔二,后阀体内套装的阀杆为一活塞杆,该活塞杆中部和两侧均设置有活塞头,并且满足活塞杆运行到最前端时排气口一与出气口一连通,进气口与排气口二连通,活塞杆运行到最后端时排气口二与出气口二连通,进气口与排气口一连通。 
活塞头和下压块上分别套装有密封圈。
本发明的积极效果:1、适合于条件恶劣,空间有限的元器件,能在比如有大量切削液等恶劣的条件下使用。它不仅能够很好的实现双手操作的功能,成本低,而且可以避免像电控夹治具可能会出现的漏电等安全隐患。
2、本发明操作和控制方便,安全可靠;功能全、应用范围广,不受空间影响;使用寿命长,制作成本低;能够在机台内操作,且占地面积小。

具体实施方式:
参见图1-图7,是一种通过气压控制的交替式气动控制阀,主要包括两大部分:控制部分和执行部分。控制部分主要分布于前阀体1。前阀体1设置中心孔16,该中心孔16前端与控制进气管连通,中心孔16后端内套装有导向固定管7,该导向固定管7内前、后依次套装有推块5和旋转下压块6。旋转下压块6与后阀体内的活塞杆3接触连接,该活塞杆3的末端与后盖板4通过弹簧9连接。
推块5和旋转下压块6的接触面为齿状斜面连接,齿状斜面为均布的斜面齿17。推块5和旋转下压块6侧壁均设置有均布的导向槽,导向固定管7内壁上设置有均布导向条18,各导向槽61与导向条18匹配。旋转下压块的导向槽的数量是其斜面齿数量的一半。例如旋转下压块的导向槽的数量为3,旋转下压块的斜面齿数量为6,导向槽与斜面齿间隔分布,从而,当推块5对旋转下压块6产生压力时,旋转下压块6可以以不同行程交替顶推阀杆。
执行部分主要分布于后阀体2。后阀体2的一侧面设置有进气口,该进气口的前后两侧分别设置有排气口一和排气口二,另一侧面分别设置有出气孔一和出气孔二,后阀体内套装的活塞杆3中部和两侧均设置有活塞头,并且满足活塞杆3运行到最前端时排气口一14a与出气口一13a连通,进气口12与排气口二13b连通,活塞杆3运行到最后端时排气口二14b与出气口二13b连通,进气口12与排气口一13a连通。
以上结构的实施过程为:首先由交替式气动控制阀左端的控制进气口第一次进气(由自动复位型手动控制阀控制进气,只需要暂态通气,不需要保持通气),在气压的作用下迫使推块5 在导轨固定管7 内做向右的直线运动,在刚接触到旋转下压块6 的时候一同在导轨固定管7 内先做一段直线运动,此时活塞杆在旋转下压块6 的带动下同样做向右的直线运动,并使气动控制阀换向,此时进气口P 和出气口一相通,此时出气口一开始出气,当旋转下压块6 脱离导轨固定管7 内的导轨的时候,因导轨固定管7的三条导轨和旋转下压块6 前端都是斜面,因此旋转下压块6 在继续向右做直线运动的时候,在导轨固定管7 的斜面的作用下产生旋转,产生一个旋转位移,在旋转下压块6 完成一段旋转位移后,在压缩弹簧力的作用下迫使选装下压块6 和导轨固定管7 的两个斜面自锁保持,并使活塞杆3 保持换向后的状态。
当需要再次换向的时候,使气动控制阀左端的控制进气口再次通气,此时推块5 在气压的作用下在导轨固定管7 内做向右的直线运动,直到推块5 前端的斜面与旋转下压块6 的斜面接触,因推块5只能在导轨固定管7 内做直线运动,因此,当两个斜面接触的时候,旋转下压块6 在推块5 的斜面的左右下产生旋转,并产生一个旋转位移,当使旋转下压块6 的斜面和导轨固定管7 的斜面脱离的时候,旋转下压块6 在压缩弹簧力的作用下,沿著导轨固定管7 的轨道向左做直线运动,此时,活塞杆同样因受压缩弹簧的推力而向左运动,并复位,使气控阀换向,此时进气口和出气口二相通,出气口二开出出气(气控阀状态见图7)重复以上1 和2 的动作,气控阀在进气口一和进气口二口之间换向出气,实现对其他气动元器件的控制。

Claims (3)

1.一种气动控制阀,包括连接在一起的前阀体和后阀体,以及固定于后阀体后侧的后盖板,其特征是:前阀体设置中心孔,该中心孔前端与控制进气管连通,中心孔后端内套装有导向固定管,该导向固定管内前、后依次套装有推块和旋转下压块,两者接触面为齿状斜面连接,推块和旋转下压块分别与导向固定管内壁之间通过导向条-导向槽配合滑动,其中旋转下压块的导向条或导向槽的均布数量是其斜面齿均布数量的一半;旋转下压块与后阀体内的活塞杆接触连接,该阀杆的末端与后盖板通过弹簧连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气动控制阀,其特征是:后阀体的一侧面设置有进气口,该进气口的前后两侧分别设置有排气口一和排气口二,另一侧面分别设置有出气孔一和出气孔二,后阀体内套装的阀杆为一活塞杆,该活塞杆中部和两侧均设置有活塞头,并且满足活塞杆运行到最前端时排气口一与出气口一连通,进气口与排气口二连通,活塞杆运行到最后端时排气口二与出气口二连通,进气口与排气口一连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的气动控制阀,其特征是:活塞头和下压块上分别套装有密封圈。
