Abstract

一種氣動控制閥,包括連接於一起之前閥體及後閥體,以及固定於後閥體後側之後端蓋,前閥體設置中心孔,該中心孔前端與控制進氣管連通,中心孔後端內套裝有導向固定管,該導向固定管內前、後依次套裝有推塊及旋轉下壓塊,二者接觸面為齒狀斜面連接,旋轉下壓塊與後閥體內之活塞桿接觸連接,該閥桿之末端與後端蓋藉由彈簧連接。

Description

氣動控制閥
本發明涉及一種機械加工領域之控制閥,尤其涉及一種氣動控制閥。
現今於產品加工及機械加工領域除了追逐加工品質及效率外,操作員工之安全更顯得尤其重要,為避免出現工傷,最好最有效之方式係利用雙手啟動控制來避免因出現誤動作而造成之傷害,尤其係於應用到氣缸等氣動控制元器件之夾治具中。
目前機加工存於之客觀條件係環境十分惡劣,比如有大量切削液等,而且有些操作要求局限於機台內,故對動作複雜之夾治具之要求就會很高,像我們通常用之電控治具之密封性就要求很高,故往往於實現功能之前提下,因電控元器件密封等級要求高而使成本會大幅度提高,不適合大量機加之條件下使用。
鑒於上述內容,有必要提供一種易於實現雙手操作之功能且成本低之氣動控制閥。
一種氣動控制閥,包括連接於一起之前閥體及後閥體,以及固定於後閥體後側之後蓋板,前閥體設置中心孔,該中心孔前端與控制進氣管連通,中心孔後端內套裝有導向固定管,該導向固定管內前、後依次套裝有推塊及旋轉下壓塊,二者接觸面為齒狀斜面連接,推塊及旋轉下壓塊分別與導向固定管內壁之間藉由導向條-導向槽配合滑動,其中旋轉下壓塊之導向條或導向槽之均布數量係其斜面齒均布數量之一半;旋轉下壓塊與後閥體內之活塞桿接觸連接,該閥桿之末端與後蓋板藉由彈簧連接。
所述氣動控制閥適合於條件惡劣,空間有限之元器件,能於比如有大量切削液等惡劣之條件下使用。它不僅能夠很好之實現雙手操作之功能,成本低,而且可以避免像電控夾治具可能會出現之漏電等安全隱患。所述氣動控制閥操作及控制方便,安全可靠;功能全、應用範圍廣,不受空間影響;使用壽命長,製作成本低;能夠於機台內操作,且占地面積小。
下面結合附圖及具體實施方式對本發明之氣動控制閥作進一步之詳細說明。
參見圖1-圖7,係一種藉由氣壓控制之交替式氣動控制閥,主要包括二大部分:控制部分及執行部分。控制部分主要分佈於前閥體1。前閥體1設置中心孔16,該中心孔16前端與控制進氣管15連通,中心孔16後端內套裝有導向固定管7,該導向固定管7內前、後依次套裝有推塊5及旋轉下壓塊6。旋轉下壓塊6與後閥體2內之活塞桿3接觸連接,該活塞桿3之末端與後蓋板4藉由彈簧9連接。
推塊5及旋轉下壓塊6之接觸面為齒狀斜面連接,齒狀斜面為均布之斜面齒17。推塊5及旋轉下壓塊6側壁均設置有均布之導向槽51、61,導向固定管7內壁上設置有均布導向條18,各導向槽61與導向條18匹配。旋轉下壓塊6之導向槽61之數量係其斜面齒17數量之一半。例如旋轉下壓塊6之導向槽61之數量為3,旋轉下壓塊6之斜面齒17數量為6,導向槽與斜面齒間隔分佈,從而,當推塊5對旋轉下壓塊6產生壓力時,旋轉下壓塊6能夠以不同行程交替頂推閥桿。
執行部分主要分佈於後閥體2。後閥體2之一側面設置有進氣口12,該進氣口之前後二側分別設置有第一排氣口14a及第二排氣口14b,另一側面分別設置有第一出氣孔13a及第二出氣孔13b,後閥體2內套裝之活塞桿3中部及二側均設置有活塞頭31,並且滿足活塞桿3運行到最前端時第一排氣口14a與第一出氣孔13a連通,進氣口12與第二出氣孔13b連通(圖7),活塞桿3運行到最後端時第二排氣口14b與第二出氣孔二13b連通,進氣口12與第一排氣口13a連通(圖6)。
以上結構之實施過程為:首先由交替式氣動控制閥左端之控制進氣口15第一次進氣(由自動復位型手動控制閥控制進氣,僅需暫態通氣,無需保持通氣),於氣壓之作用下迫使推塊5於導向固定管7內做向右之直線運動,於剛接觸到旋轉下壓塊6之時候一同於導向固定管7內先做一段直線運動,此時活塞桿3於旋轉下壓塊6之帶動下同樣做向右之直線運動,並使氣動控制閥換向,此時進氣口12及第一出氣孔13a相通,此時第一出氣孔13a開始出氣,當旋轉下壓塊6脫離導向固定管7內之導軌之時候,因導向固定管7之三條導軌及旋轉下壓塊6前端都係斜面,故旋轉下壓塊6於繼續向右做直線運動之時候,於導軌固定管7之斜面之作用下產生旋轉,產生一旋轉位移,於旋轉下壓塊6完成一段旋轉位移後,於壓縮彈簧9之作用下迫使旋轉下壓塊6及導向固定管7之二斜面自鎖保持,並使活塞桿3保持換向後之狀態。
當需再次換向之時,使氣動控制閥左端之控制進氣口15再次通氣,此時推塊5於氣壓之作用下於導向固定管7內做向右之直線運動,直到推塊5前端之斜面與旋轉下壓塊6之斜面接觸,因推塊5僅於導向固定管7內做直線運動,故,當二斜面接觸之時候,旋轉下壓塊6於推塊5之斜面之作用下產生旋轉,並產生一旋轉位移,當使旋轉下壓塊6之斜面及導軌固定管7之斜面脫離之時候,旋轉下壓塊6於壓縮彈簧9之作用下,沿著導向固定管7之導軌向左做直線運動,此時,活塞桿3同樣因受壓縮彈簧9之推力而向左運動,並復位,使氣控閥換向,此時進氣口12與第二出氣孔13b相通,第二出氣孔13b開始出氣(氣控閥狀態見圖7)重複以上1及2之動作,氣控閥於第一出氣孔13a及第二出氣孔13b之間換向出氣,實現對其他氣動元器件之控制。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,本發明之範圍並不以上述實施方式為限,舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士援依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種氣動控制閥,包括連接於一起之前閥體及後閥體,以及固定於後閥體後側之後蓋板,其改良在於:前閥體設置中心孔,該中心孔前端與控制進氣管連通,中心孔後端內套裝有導向固定管,該導向固定管內前、後依次套裝有推塊及旋轉下壓塊,二者接觸面為齒狀斜面連接,推塊及旋轉下壓塊分別與導向固定管內壁之間藉由導向條-導向槽配合滑動,其中旋轉下壓塊之導向條或導向槽之均布數量係其斜面齒均布數量之一半;旋轉下壓塊與後閥體內之活塞桿接觸連接,該閥桿之末端與後蓋板藉由彈簧連接。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之氣動控制閥,其中後閥體之一側面設置有進氣口,該進氣口之前後二側分別設置有第一排氣口及第二排氣口二,另一側面分別設置有第一出氣孔及第二出氣孔,後閥體內套裝之閥桿為一活塞桿,該活塞桿中部及二側均設置有活塞頭,並且滿足活塞桿運行到最前端時第一排氣口與第一出氣孔連通,進氣口與第二出氣孔連通,活塞桿運行到最後端時第二排氣口與第二出氣孔連通,進氣口與第一出氣孔連通。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之氣動控制閥,其中活塞頭及下壓塊上分別套裝有密封圈。
