Description
開口を有するジャケット体と、
ジャケット体の上端に設置され、その上端に受穴が、受穴の下端に水孔が形成されている頂座と、
弁座、押し棒、および突上げ金を有する制御弁ユニットとを備え、
弁座が、ジャケット体の開口内に設置され、弁座の中央に貫通孔が設けられ、貫通孔の内周壁に斜めガイド縁が形成され、斜めガイド縁の間にガイド溝が形成されており、
押し棒が、弁座の貫通孔に設置され、押し棒の上端端部に受穴が形成され、押し棒の上端に斜めガイド縁が形成され、同じ上端の周壁に突き出したガイドブロックが形成されており、
突上げ金には穿孔が形成され、突上げ金の下端に互いに間隔をおいて複数個の突き出した突上げ部片が形成され、突上げ部片と押し棒の斜めガイド縁が互いにはまり合うようになっている、

Claims (14)
- 水制御弁であって、
開口を有するジャケット体と、
ジャケット体の上端部に設置され、その上端に受穴が、受穴の下端に水孔が形成されている頂座と、
弁座、押し棒、および突上げ金を有する制御弁ユニットとを備え、
弁座が、ジャケット体の開口内に設置され、弁座の中央に貫通孔が設けられ、貫通孔の内周壁に斜めガイド縁が形成され、斜めガイド縁の間にガイド溝が形成されており、
押し棒が、弁座の貫通孔に設置され、押し棒の上端端部に受穴が形成され、押し棒の上端に斜めガイド縁が形成され、同じ上端の周壁に突き出したガイドブロックが形成されており、
突上げ金には穿孔が形成され、突上げ金の下端に互いに間隔をおいて複数個の突き出した突上げ部片が形成され、突上げ部片と押し棒の斜めガイド縁が互いにはまり合うようになっていることを特徴とする、水制御弁。 - 前記弁座中央の下側に延びる円柱体があり、弁座の貫通孔が円柱体に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の水制御弁。
- 弁座の斜めガイド縁および押し棒の上端の斜めガイド縁が鋸歯状であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の水制御弁。
- 頂座の受穴内に蓋体が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の水制御弁。
- 制御弁ユニットがさらに、連結棒と押し金を有し、
連結棒は、その一端が突上げ金の穿孔を通り抜けて、押し棒の受穴内まで延び、
押し金には連結棒の連結端が通り抜けられる孔が形成され、押し金の底縁が突上げ金の頂縁と互いに押し合うようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の水制御弁。 - 蓋体に流孔が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の水制御弁。
- 連結棒の上端に密閉端部が連接されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の水制御弁。
- 連結棒の上端に連結孔が設けられ、密閉端部の下端に突き出した固定棒が形成され、固定棒が連結棒の連結孔と互いに固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の水制御弁。
- 弁座の上端の貫通孔と隣接する周辺に互いに間隔をおいて多数個の水孔が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の水制御弁。
- 密閉端部と連結棒の連結端との間に弁体が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の水制御弁。
- ジャケット体の穿孔の内周壁に突き出した内フランジが形成され、弁座の周縁は、ジャケット体の内フランジと互いに嵌合しあうことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の水制御弁。
- ジャケット体の開口の下端に底蓋が設けられ、底蓋の中央に棒孔が形成され、押し棒が底蓋の棒孔を通って外に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の水制御弁。
- 底蓋の棒孔と隣接する周囲に互いに間隔をおいて多数個の吐水孔が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の水制御弁。
- 弁座の下端と底蓋との間にスクリーンが設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の水制御弁。
