また、別の観点による本発明は、浸炭炉用ヒーターユニットであって、炉内雰囲気を加熱するヒーターと、ヒーターの輻射熱を反射する反射板を有したヒーター支持部材とを備え、前記ヒーター支持部材に前記ヒーターの発熱部が取り付けられ、前記発熱部を構成する発熱体が蛇腹状に形成され、前記ヒーター支持部材は、前記発熱体の直線部の長手方向に沿って延びた、該発熱体の直線部を支持する直線支持部を有し、前記直線支持部は、前記発熱体の隣り合う直線部間に突出するように形成され、前記直線支持部の端部は、前記発熱体の曲線部の近傍に位置し、前記ヒーター支持部材には、前記発熱体の曲線部前面と前記反射板の端部背面を覆う凹部が設けられていることを特徴としている。

Claims (9)
- 炉内雰囲気を加熱するヒーターと、
ヒーターの輻射熱を反射する反射板を有したヒーター支持部材とを備え、
前記ヒーター支持部材に前記ヒーターの発熱部が取り付けられ、
前記発熱部を構成する発熱体が蛇腹状に形成され、
前記ヒーター支持部材には、前記発熱体の曲線部前面と前記反射板の端部背面を覆う凹部が設けられている、浸炭炉用ヒーターユニット。 - 前記ヒーター支持部材は、前記発熱体の直線部を支持する直線支持部を有し、
前記直線支持部は、前記発熱体の隣り合う直線部間に突出するように形成されている、請求項1に記載の浸炭炉用ヒーターユニット。 - 炉内雰囲気を加熱するヒーターと、
ヒーターの輻射熱を反射する反射板を有したヒーター支持部材とを備え、
前記ヒーター支持部材に前記ヒーターの発熱部が取り付けられ、
前記発熱部を構成する発熱体が蛇腹状に形成され、
前記ヒーター支持部材は、前記発熱体の直線部の長手方向に沿って延びた、該発熱体の直線部を支持する直線支持部を有し、
前記直線支持部は、前記発熱体の隣り合う直線部間に突出するように形成され、
前記直線支持部の端部は、前記発熱体の曲線部の近傍に位置し、
前記ヒーター支持部材には、前記発熱体の曲線部前面と前記反射板の端部背面を覆う凹部が設けられている、浸炭炉用ヒーターユニット。 - 前記ヒーター支持部材は、前記反射板の背面側にリアプレートを備えている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の浸炭炉用ヒーターユニット。
- 前記発熱体と前記反射板と前記リアプレートは、平面視において互いに平行となるように配置されている、請求項4に記載の浸炭炉用ヒーターユニット。
- 前記発熱体の直線部は、正面視において前記発熱部の長手方向に対して垂直となっている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の浸炭炉用ヒーターユニット。
- 前記ヒーター支持部材は、正面視において前記発熱体の曲線部の一部を覆う曲線支持部を有している、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の浸炭炉用ヒーターユニット。
- 前記発熱体が側面視において平面状に形成されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の浸炭炉用ヒーターユニット。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載された浸炭炉用ヒーターユニットを備えた、ワークに浸炭処理を施す浸炭炉。
