Claims (9)
- (a)セラミック基体表面を化学洗浄するステップと、
(b)化学洗浄した前記セラミック基体表面に活性化処理を施すステップと、
(c)活性化処理を施した前記セラミック基体表面にマイクロエッチング処理を施して複数のメソ細孔を形成するステップと、
(d)マイクロエッチング処理を施した前記セラミック基体表面にポアワイドニング処理を施し、前記複数のメソ細孔の平均孔径を拡大して複数のナノ細孔を形成し、前記複数のナノ細孔の平均孔径は150〜450nmであるステップと、
(e)ポアワイドニング処理を施した前記セラミック基体表面の表面改質を行うステップと、
(f)表面改質を行った前記セラミック基体表面を乾燥させるステップと、
(g)乾燥させた前記セラミック基体表面にプラスチックを射出してプラスチック層を形成し、前記複数のナノ細孔を介して前記プラスチック層と前記セラミック基体表面を結合させることにより、セラミックプラスチック複合体を得るステップと、
を含む、セラミックプラスチック複合体の製造方法。 - 前記複数のナノ細孔の平均孔径は200〜400nmである、請求項1に記載のセラミックプラスチック複合体の製造方法。
- 前記ステップ(a)における前記化学洗浄は脱ろう処理及び脱脂処理を含む、請求項1に記載のセラミックプラスチック複合体の製造方法。
- 前記セラミック基体の材質は窒化ケイ素(Si3N4)、炭化タングステン(WC)、酸化ジルコニウム(ZrO2)又は酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)である、請求項1に記載のセラミックプラスチック複合体の製造方法。
- 前記プラスチック層の材質はポリアミド(PA)、ポリフェニレンサルファイド(PPS)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)又はポリアリールエーテルケトン(PAEK)である、請求項1に記載のセラミックプラスチック複合体の製造方法。
- 前記ステップ(b)において活性剤を使用して前記活性化処理を行い、かつ前記活性剤は8〜10重量%の界面活性剤、5〜8重量%の有機塩基、2〜5重量%の錯化剤、2〜5重量%の添加剤、及び残部水を含む、請求項1に記載のセラミックプラスチック複合体の製造方法。
- 前記ステップ(c)においてマイクロエッチング処理剤を使用して前記マイクロエッチング処理を行い、かつ前記マイクロエッチング処理剤は50重量%の酸性塩、1〜5重量%の腐食防止剤、1〜3重量%の界面活性剤、1〜3重量%の添加剤、及び残部水を含む、請求項1に記載のセラミックプラスチック複合体の製造方法。
- 前記ステップ(d)においてポアワイドニング処理剤を使用して前記ポアワイドニング処理を行い、かつ前記ポアワイドニング処理剤は5〜10重量%の浸透剤、35重量%の有機酸塩、1〜3重量%の界面活性剤、1〜3重量%の添加剤、及び残部水を含む請求項1に記載のセラミックプラスチック複合体の製造方法。
- 前記ステップ(e)において表面改質剤を使用して前記表面改質を行い、かつ前記表面改質剤は1〜10重量%の有機酸、1〜5重量%の腐食防止剤、1〜3重量%の界面活性剤、1〜3重量%の添加剤、及び残部水を含む、請求項1に記載のセラミックプラスチック複合体の製造方法。
