Claims (4)
- セラミック基体及び前記セラミック基体表面に射出成形によって一体に結合して形成されたプラスチック層を含むセラミックプラスチック複合体であって、
前記セラミック基体表面には複数のナノ細孔が分布し、前記複数のナノ細孔の平均孔径は150〜450nmであり、前記プラスチック層は前記複数のナノ細孔内に嵌入し、かつ前記プラスチック層と前記セラミック基体の結合強度は300kg/cm2に達することを特徴とする、セラミックプラスチック複合体。 - 前記複数のナノ細孔の平均孔径は200〜400nmである、請求項1に記載のセラミックプラスチック複合体。
- 前記セラミック基体の材質は窒化ケイ素(Si3N4)、炭化タングステン(WC)、酸化ジルコニウム(ZrO2)又は酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)である、請求項1に記載のセラミックプラスチック複合体。
- 前記プラスチック層の材質はポリアミド(PA)、ポリフェニレンサルファイド(PPS)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)又はポリアリールエーテルケトン(PAEK)である、請求項1に記載のセラミックプラスチック複合体。
