Claims (5)
- セラミック部材及び射出成形法により前記セラミック部材の上面に接合されるプラスチック部材を備え、前記セラミック部材と前記プラスチック部材との間には、接着剤層が介在され、前記接着剤層は、ポリ酢酸ビニル、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリブチレンテレフタレート及び酢酸二ブチルを含有し、前記接着剤層が、液状接着剤が乾燥して固化されてなり、前記液状接着剤が、ポリ酢酸ビニルを有機溶剤に溶解してなる溶液と、ポリビニルアルコールを有機溶剤に溶解してなる溶液と、ポリブチレンテレフタレートと、酢酸二ブチルとが1〜1.2:15〜17:0.3〜0.5:2.5〜3.0の体積比率によって混合されてなることを特徴とするセラミックとプラスチックとの複合体。
- 前記接着剤層の厚さは、20〜40μmであり、前記プラスチック部材の成形温度は、170℃より低い熱可塑性樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセラミックとプラスチックとの複合体。
- セラミック部材を提供する工程と、
前記セラミック部材の表面に、ポリ酢酸ビニル、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、酢酸二ブチル及び有機溶剤を主成分とする液状接着剤を塗布する工程と、
前記セラミック部材の表面の液状接着剤を固化させて、接着剤層を形成する工程と、
表面が前記接着剤層により被覆されているセラミック部材を射出成形金型の中に配置して、前記セラミック部材に対して溶融樹脂を射出してプラスチック部材を成形して、前記プラスチック部材を前記セラミック部材の表面に接合させる工程と、
を備え、
前記液状接着剤が、ポリ酢酸ビニルを有機溶剤に溶解してなる溶液と、ポリビニルアルコールを有機溶剤に溶解してなる溶液と、ポリブチレンテレフタレートと、酢酸二ブチルとが1〜1.2:15〜17:0.3〜0.5:2.5〜3.0の体積比率によって混合されてなることを特徴とするセラミックとプラスチックとの複合体の製造方法。 - 前記接着剤層を形成する工程は、40℃の温度下で30分間焼くか又は常温下で24時間放置することにより実現されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のセラミックとプラスチックとの複合体の製造方法。
- 前記プラスチック部材を射出成形する過程において、前記射出成形金型の温度は170℃より低いことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のセラミックとプラスチックとの複合体の製造方法。
