Abstract

陶瓷与塑料的复合体及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种陶瓷与塑料的复合体及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着制造技术的飞速发展以及日益成熟化,高贵典雅的陶瓷在饰品、3C等行业的应用逐渐增多。但由于陶瓷特殊的物理性能,在组装工艺过程中一直存在很大的挑战。现有的陶瓷与塑料结合的方法通常为:分别成型陶瓷件与塑料件,然后在陶瓷件与塑料件的结合表面涂覆液态胶水,再采用一定的压力将陶瓷件与塑料件组合在一起,由于胶水的粘结作用陶瓷件与塑料件将结合成一体。然而,该种方法通常会产生以下问题:陶瓷件与塑料件的结合处出现溢胶,导致产品外观不良;陶瓷件与塑料件的结合力不够,结合线不良。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种陶瓷与塑料的复合体,该复合体的陶瓷件与塑料件结合牢固,且不会出现溢胶、结合线不良等问题。
另外,还有必要提供一种上述陶瓷与塑料的复合体的制备方法。
一种陶瓷与塑料的复合体,其包括陶瓷件与塑料件,该塑料件注塑形成于该陶瓷件上,该陶瓷件与塑料件之间设置有胶水层,该胶水层中含有聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚乙烯醇、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、以及醋酸二丁酯。
一种陶瓷与塑料的复合体的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
提供陶瓷件;
在该陶瓷件后续需与塑料件结合的表面涂覆胶水,该胶水中主要含有聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚乙烯醇、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、醋酸二丁酯及有机溶剂;
使陶瓷件表面的液体胶水固化形成一胶水层;
将表面具有胶水层的陶瓷件放入一注塑模具中进行注塑成型塑料件,该塑料件将结合于陶瓷件具有胶水层的表面。
本发明的陶瓷与塑料的复合体,通过在陶瓷件涂覆特殊组份的液体胶水并固化形成固体胶水层,再注塑形成塑料件使其与陶瓷件相结合。该陶瓷与塑料的复合体中陶瓷件与塑料件的结合牢固,且可有效避免溢胶、结合线不良等问题。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明一较佳实施方式的陶瓷与塑料的复合体10,其包括陶瓷件11与塑料件13,该塑料件13注塑形成于该陶瓷件11上成型为一整体。该塑料件13的材质可选自较为常见的注塑树脂,但该注塑树脂的成型温度低于170℃。
请进一步参阅图2,该陶瓷件11与塑料件13之间设置有胶水层15。该胶水层15中含有聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚乙烯醇、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、以及醋酸二丁酯。该胶水层15为胶水干燥固化形成,该胶水为聚醋酸乙烯酯溶液(质量百分浓度为55%)、聚乙烯醇溶液(质量百分浓度为5%)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、醋酸二丁酯按照体积比为1-1.2 :15-17 :0.3-0.5 :2.5-3.0的比例混合制得。该种配方组分的胶水具有良好的粘合功能,可使异质材料粘合牢固。
所述聚醋酸乙烯酯和聚乙烯醇为固体,因此将它们溶于有机溶剂再与邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、醋酸二丁酯混合。该有机溶剂优选为乙醇,但不限于乙醇。此外,该胶水中还选择性的添加有常规的增稠剂、防腐剂及偶联剂。该胶水层15的厚度为20-40μm。
本发明的陶瓷与塑料的复合体10,通过在陶瓷件11涂覆特殊组份的液体胶水并固化形成胶水层15,再注塑形成塑料件13使其与陶瓷件11相结合,因而该陶瓷件11与塑料件13结合牢固,且可有效避免溢胶、结合线不良等问题。
本发明一较佳实施方式的陶瓷与塑料的复合体10的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)提供烧结好的陶瓷件11。
(2)在该陶瓷件11的一表面涂覆胶水。该胶水为耐高温的液体胶水。该胶水中主要含有聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚乙烯醇、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、醋酸二丁酯及适量的有机溶剂,该胶水为聚醋酸乙烯酯溶液(质量百分浓度为55%)、聚乙烯醇溶液(质量百分浓度为5%)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、醋酸二丁酯按照体积比为1-1.2 :15-17 :0.3-0.5 :2.5-3.0的比例混合制得。所述聚醋酸乙烯酯和聚乙烯醇为固体,因此将它们溶于有机溶剂再与邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、醋酸二丁酯混合。该有机溶剂优选为乙醇,但不限于乙醇。此外,该胶水中还选择性的添加有胶水中常规添加使用的增稠剂、防腐剂及偶联剂。
(3)使陶瓷件11表面的液体胶水固化形成一胶水层15。该胶水层15的厚度为20-40μm。该固化过程的目的使有机溶剂完全挥发,固化过程可在约40℃温度下烘烤约30min,然后放置6h后使用;或自然放置24h使胶水固化后使用。
(4)将表面具有胶水层15的陶瓷件11放入一注塑模具(图未示)中进行注塑成型塑料件13,即制得陶瓷与塑料的复合体10。该塑料件13将结合于陶瓷件11具有胶水层15的表面。该塑料件13的材质可选自较为常见的注塑树脂,但该注塑树脂的成型温度要求低于170℃,以防止注塑过程中胶水因高温而失效。为确保胶水粘接力最佳,注塑成型过程中,该注塑模具温度要求低于170℃。
(5)选择性对该陶瓷与塑料的复合体10进行研磨抛光、喷漆等处理,使该陶瓷与塑料的复合体10外观更加美观。
本发明选取了三个陶瓷与塑料的复合体样品进行了拉拔力测试。每一样品测试6次。具体使用SE精度负载测试仪(SE Precision Load Tester,型号为1220(H)S)进行测试,拉拔力(单位:N)测试结果如下表所示。

上述测试结果表明,本发明陶瓷与塑料的复合体10的陶瓷件11和塑料件13之间的拉拔力较大,说明陶瓷件11和塑料件13结合较牢固。
本发明的陶瓷与塑料的复合体10,通过在陶瓷件11表面涂覆特殊组份的液体胶水并固化形成胶水层15,再注塑形成塑料件13使其与陶瓷件11相结合。该陶瓷与塑料的复合体10中陶瓷件11与塑料件13结合牢固,且可有效避免溢胶、结合线不良等问题。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明权利要求公开的范围和精神内做其它形式和细节上的各种修改、添加和替换。当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的各种修改、添加和替换等变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种陶瓷与塑料的复合体,其包括陶瓷件与塑料件,该塑料件注塑形成于该陶瓷件上,其特征在于:该陶瓷件与塑料件之间设置有胶水层,该胶水层中含有聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚乙烯醇、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、以及醋酸二丁酯。
2.如权利要求1所述的陶瓷与塑料的复合体,其特征在于:该胶水层为液态胶水干燥固化形成,该液态胶水为聚醋酸乙烯酯溶于有机溶剂的溶液、聚乙烯醇溶于有机溶剂的溶液、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、醋酸二丁酯按照体积比为1-1.2 :15-17 :0.3-0.5 :2.5-3.0的比例混合制得,其中聚醋酸乙烯酯溶于有机溶剂的溶液的质量百分浓度为55%,聚乙烯醇溶于有机溶剂的溶液的质量百分浓度为5%。
3.如权利要求1所述的陶瓷与塑料的复合体,其特征在于:该胶水层的厚度为20-40μm。
4.如权利要求1所述的陶瓷与塑料的复合体,其特征在于:该塑料件的材质为成型温度低于170℃的注塑树脂。
5.一种陶瓷与塑料的复合体的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
提供陶瓷件;
在该陶瓷件的表面涂覆液体胶水,该胶水中主要含有聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚乙烯醇、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、醋酸二丁酯及有机溶剂;
使陶瓷件表面的液体胶水固化形成一胶水层;
将表面具有胶水层的陶瓷件放入一注塑模具中进行注塑成型塑料件,该塑料件结合于陶瓷件具有胶水层的表面。
6.如权利要求5所述陶瓷与塑料的复合体的制备方法,其特征在于:该液态胶水为聚醋酸乙烯酯溶于有机溶剂的溶液、聚乙烯醇溶于有机溶剂的溶液、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、醋酸二丁酯按照体积比为1-1.2 :15-17 :0.3-0.5 :2.5-3.0的比例混合制得,其中聚醋酸乙烯酯溶于有机溶剂的溶液的质量百分浓度为55%,聚乙烯醇溶于有机溶剂的溶液的质量百分浓度为5%。
7.如权利要求5所述陶瓷与塑料的复合体的制备方法,其特征在于:该胶水层的厚度为20-40μm。
8.如权利要求5所述陶瓷与塑料的复合体的制备方法,其特征在于:该胶水固化的方式是在40℃温度下烘烤30min,或自然放置24h。
9.如权利要求5所述陶瓷与塑料的复合体的制备方法,其特征在于:该塑料件的材质为成型温度低于170℃的注塑树脂。
10.如权利要求5所述陶瓷与塑料的复合体的制备方法,其特征在于:注塑成型塑料件的过程中,该注塑模具温度低于170℃。
