Claims (6)
- ガラス部材を提供する工程と、水のみで加水分解されたシランカップリング剤からなる活性化溶液を前記ガラス部材の表面に塗布して、前記シランカップリング剤を該ガラス部材の表面と充分に反応させる表面活性化処理工程と、前記ガラス部材における活性化溶液が塗布された表面に、アミノ官能基を含有する接着剤を塗布して、該接着剤を乾燥させる工程と、前記ガラス部材の接着剤が塗布されているエリアに対して、樹脂部材を射出成形する工程と、を備えることを特徴とするガラスと樹脂の複合体の接合方法。
- 前記活性化溶液は、質量比が3〜5:97〜95のシランカップリング剤及び水を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラスと樹脂の複合体の接合方法。
- 前記活性化溶液は、シランカップリング剤を25〜40分間加水分解させることにより得られ、前記活性化溶液をガラス部材の表面に塗布した後に、活性化溶液が塗布された前記ガラス部材を80〜120℃の温度下で5〜10分乾燥させる工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガラスと樹脂の複合体の接合方法。
- 前記接着剤は、ポリウレタン及び酢酸エチルを含有することを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のガラスと樹脂の複合体の接合方法。
- 前記接着剤の乾燥温度は40〜60℃であり、乾燥時間は10〜20分であることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のガラスと樹脂の複合体の接合方法。
- ガラス部材と、前記ガラス部材の表面に接合される樹脂部材と、を備えるガラスと樹脂の複合体であって、前記ガラス部材と前記樹脂部材との接合面には、接着層と、水のみで加水分解されたシランカップリング剤層とが介在し、前記シランカップリング剤層は、前記ガラス部材と直接接合され、前記接着層は、前記樹脂部材と直接接合され且つアミノ官能基を含有する接着剤からなることを特徴とするガラスと樹脂の複合体。
