Description
a.1〜99重量%のポリヒドロキシアルカノエートおよび1〜99重量%のデンプン含有ポリマーを含むポリマー組成物を用意すること、
b.熱エネルギーおよび/または機械エネルギーを使ってポリマー組成物を均質化すること、
c.ポリマー組成物を型に投入すること、
d.型内で成形品を成形すること、
e.成形品を型から取り出すこと、
を含む。
a.5〜95重量%のポリヒドロキシアルカノエートおよび5〜95重量%のデンプン含有ポリマーを含むポリマー組成物を用意すること、
b.熱エネルギーおよび/または機械エネルギーを使ってポリマー組成物を均質化すること、
c.ポリマー組成物を型に投入すること、
d.型内で成形品を成形すること、
e.成形品を型から取り出すこと、
を含む。
ヴェルナー・ウント・プフライデラー(Coperion Werner & Pfleiderer)ZSK 40型、スクリュー径40mm、L/D=42の二輪押出機(共回転)を使って、以下の処方Aを配合した(質量パーセントでの計量比率)。

Claims (19)
- a.1〜99重量%のポリヒドロキシアルカノエートおよび1〜99重量%のデンプン含有ポリマーを含むポリマー組成物を用意すること、
b.熱エネルギーおよび/または機械エネルギーを使って前記ポリマー組成物を均質化すること、
c.前記ポリマー組成物を型に投入すること、
d.前記型内で成形品を成形すること、
e.前記成形品を前記型から取り出すこと、
を含む、成形品を生産するための方法であって、
前記ポリマー組成物の前記ポリヒドロキシアルカノエートが、化学式(1)
- 前記ポリマー組成物が5〜95重量%、特に10〜90重量%または20〜80重量%または30〜70重量%のポリヒドロキシアルカノエートを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー組成物が5〜95重量%、特に10〜90重量%または20〜80重量%または30〜70重量%のデンプン含有ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー組成物の均質化が80〜220℃の温度で実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー組成物の前記均質化が押出機において実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記デンプン含有ポリマー中に存在するデンプンまたは官能化デンプンが前記均質化中に本質的に脱構造化されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記デンプン含有ポリマーが、未変性デンプン、熱可塑性デンプン、官能化デンプン、一リン酸デンプン、二リン酸デンプン、硫酸デンプン、デンプンエステル、デンプンエーテル、ヒドロキシプロピルデンプン、カルボキシメチルデンプン、酢酸デンプン、およびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー組成物が、デンプンおよび可塑剤の総重量に基づいて、10重量%未満、特に6重量%未満または4重量%未満の、モル質量が500g/モル以下、特に300g/モル以下である炭素含有可塑剤、例えばグリセロールおよび/またはソルビトールを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記型への前記ポリマー組成物の投入前に、前記ポリマー組成物の含水率が、前記ポリマー組成物の総重量に基づいて10重量%未満、特に7重量%未満または5重量%未満に調節されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記化学式(1)中、nは整数1〜6である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー組成物の前記ポリヒドロキシアルカノエートが、ポリ(3−ヒドロキシブタノエート)、ポリ(3−ヒドロキシバレレート)、ポリ(3−ヒドロキシヘキサノエート)、ポリ(3−ヒドロキシブチレート−co−3−ヒドロキシバレレート)、ポリ(3−ヒドロキシブチレート−co−3−ヒドロキシヘキサノエート)、およびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー組成物の前記ポリヒドロキシアルカノエートがコポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー組成物の前記ポリヒドロキシアルカノエートの重量平均モル質量が60000〜500000g/モル、特に120000〜300000g/モルであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー組成物の前記ポリヒドロキシアルカノエートの融点が120〜200℃、特に150〜180℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記成形品が前記工程cおよびdにおいて射出成形によって成形されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程cにおいて前記ポリマー組成物が前記成形品に射出される圧力が、1バールを上回り、特に100バールを上回ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程cにおいて前記ポリマー組成物が前記成形品に射出される圧力が150〜3000バールであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー組成物の温度が、工程cにおいて前記組成物が前記型に射出されるときに、23℃を上回り、特に50℃を上回ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー組成物の温度が、工程cにおいて前記組成物が前記型に射出されるときに、80〜200℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
