Claims (15)
1. Postupak proizvodnje oblikovanog dijela, naznačen time što se sastoji u:
a. osiguravanju smjesa polimera koja sadrži 89 do 99%, težinski, polihidroksialkanoata i 1 do 11%, težinski, polimera koji sadrži škrob;
b. homogeniziranju smjese polimera toplinskom i/ili mehaničkom energijom;
c. unosu smjese polimera u kalup;
d. oblikovanju oblikovanog dijela u kalupu; i
e. uklanjanju oblikovanog dijela iz kalupa.
2. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se smjesu polimera homogenizira na temperaturi od 80 do 220 °C i/ili se smjesu polimera homogenizira u ekstruderu.
3. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se škrob ili funkcionalizirani škrob sadržan u polimeru koji sadrži škrob uglavnom destrukturira prilikom homogeniziranja.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se polimer koji sadrži škrob bira iz skupine koju čine nativni škrob, termoplastični škrob, funkcionalizirani škrob, škrobni monofosfat, škrobni difosfat, škrobni sulfat, škrobni ester, škrobni eter, hidroksipropilškrob, karboksimetilškrob, škrobni acetat, te njihove smjese.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što smjesa polimera sadrži manje od 10%, težinski, osobito manje od 6 ili manje od 4%, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine škroba i plastifikatora, plastifikatora koji sadrži ugljik molekulske težine od 500 g/mol ili manje, osobito 300 g/mol ili manje, poput glicerola i/ili sorbitola, i/ili se sadržaj vode u smjesi polimera prije unosa smjese polimera u kalup podesi na manje od 10%, težinski, osobito manje od 7 ili manje od 5%, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine smjese polimera.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što polihidroksialkanoat u smjesi polimera sadrži ponavljajuće monomerne jedinice formule (1)
[-O-CHR-CH2-C(O)-] (1),
gdje R označuje alkilnu skupinu formule CnH2n+1, a n je cijeli broj od 1 do 15, osobito od 1 do 6, i/ili se polihidroksialkanoat u smjesi polimera bira iz skupine koju čine poli(3-hidroksibutanoat), poli(3-hidroksivalerat), poli(3-hidroksiheksanoat), poli(3-hidroksibutirat-ko-3-hidroksivalerat), poli(3-hidroksibutirat-ko-3-hidroksiheksanoat), te njihove smjese.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je polihidroksialkanoat u smjesi polimera kopolimer i/ili polihidroksialkanoat u smjesi polimera ima prosječnu molekulsku težinu od 60.000 do 50.0000 g/mol, osobito od 120.000 do 30.0000 g/mol, i/ili polihidroksialkanoat u smjesi polimera ima talište od 120 do 200 °C, osobito od 150 do 180 °C.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se oblikovani dio oblikuje oblikovanjem injiciranjem u koracima c. i d.
9. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se smjesu polimera injicira u kalup u koraku c. pod tlakom višim od 1 bar (100 kPa), osobito višim od 100 bar (10 MPa), i/ili se smjesu polimera injicira u kalup u koraku c. pod tlakom od 150 do 3000 bar (15 do 300 MPa).
10. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se smjesu polimera injicira u kalup u koraku c. na temperaturi smjese polimera višoj od 23 °C, osobito višoj od 50 °C, i/ili se smjesu polimera injicira u kalup u koraku c. na temperaturi smjese polimera od 80 do 200 °C.
11. Oblikovani dio dobiven postupkom u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10.
12. Tvrda kapsula, naznačena time što ima tijelo kapsule stabilnih dimenzija i poklopac kapsule stabilnih dimenzija, od kojih svaki ima najmanje jednu bočnu stijenku i jedan zatvoreni kraj, gdje se tijelo kapsule i/ili poklopac kapsule proizvodi postupkom u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10.
13. Tvrda kapsula u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačena time što se tijelo kapsule i poklopac kapsule može gurnuti suosno jedno u drugo i/ili tijelo kapsule i poklopac kapsule imaju, osobito najmanje jednu bočnu stijenku i u blizini njihovog otvorenog kraja, uređaj za zatvaranje koji pristaje zajedno i/ili koji stvara spoj siguran od razdvajanja nakon što se dijelove kapsule gurne zajedno.
14. Tvrda kapsula u skladu s bilo patentnim zahtjevom 12 ili patentnim zahtjevom 13, naznačena time što tijelo kapsule sadrži više od jednog odjeljka.
15. Oblikovani dio (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačen time što sadrži tijelo u obliku krnjeg stošca (2) koje ima rub (3), bočnu stijenku (4), ulazna stijenka (5), gdje ulazna stijenka (5) sadrži ravni ili ispupčeni dio (6), te stijenku za unos (7), koja se nalazi na donjem položaju i brtvi rub (3), gdje ravni ili ispupčeni dio (6) ima uvučenu ili strukturu poput reljefa (8), gdje navedena uvučena ili struktura poput reljefa (8) olakšava bušenje navedene strukture oštricama koje pripadaju uređaju za injiciranje i nalazi se na uglavnom kružnom putu (9), gdje je promjer navedenog puta određen promjerom oštrica, koje su također razmještene po krugu, gdje se tijelo u obliku krnjeg stošca (2) može načiniti postupkom u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10.
